Es una de las experiencias más increíble que he tenido. Ideal para pasar un tiempo con mi pareja y la naturaleza. La atención del personal es demasiado bueno, son tan amables que me daba hasta pena de lo especiales que son con cada detalle. La comida es estilo buffet y la sirven 3 veces al día. Mi pareja y yo nos hospedamos en la suit bosque y era hermosa, muy calmada y perfecta para descansar. También realizan caminatas ecológicas donde terminan en unos charcos increíbles, alejadas de todo el ruido de la ciudad. Definitivamente volveremos allí ya que se convirtió en unos de nuestros lugares favoritos

Si quieres descanso sin algarabía y conexión con la naturaleza este es el sitio, las cascadas y el bosque son espectaculares y el hotel se preocupa por su conservación, la gente super amable, lo único regular, sin ser malo es la comida, pero aún así volvería

Beautiful place, unique rooms, nice trails with waterfalls and wonderful food. 2 of us were visiting from the USA and 1 from Costa Rica. We enjoyed the hot tub and the river. Great place for friends, couples or families! Hope to go back some day!

Excellent place to rest and enjoy nature, tranquility and good atmosphere. The people at the hotel are super attentive, loving, hospitable and make guests feel very good. The place is highly recommended to go with your partner, family, friends to spend some very cool days. The rooms and facilities are very nice, comfortable, clean and organized.

This hotel is simply spectacular. The cost-benefit ratio is 10 out of 10. You breathe magic, it's like being in a fairy tale. And the food ??? Friends the food!! Delicious!! The service was spectacular and the hike to the waterfalls was incredible. I recommend it with a closed eye.

This place can only be described as a piece of paradise on earth. The installations are really well kept with access to many, many, natural pools in the adjacent rivers. The hikes they offer will take you to breathtaking locations. We got to stay at the rooms “lago” and “imperial”, and they were really clean, confortable, and included numerous amenities in the rooms that are better than most hotels you will find across the world. The cherry on top of this outstanding experience, is the personnel. The people in the region, and specially in the hotel, are extremely nice. This includes the reception, kitchen, tour guides, and more. You only need to ask whatever you want, and they will bring it for you with a bright smile. We have visited this hotel two years in a row, and want to make it a yearly tradition to reload and refresh.
