Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

There was a doorbell ringing at the entrance of the hotel, but no one answered. I tried to dial the given phone number many times, and a voice said that the number is no longer valid.
I arrived on time, I may not have a chance, because it was just a scam! Had to laboriously organize an alternative company.

Everything perfectly organized! Even though there are no physically available staff to welcome and manage these apartments located exactly in the center of Sanremo, we did not have any difficulties. Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious, and yet, cheap! Perfect!

I stayed 3 nights (triple for double use) and I must say that the room was very spacious and the bathroom was large. I honestly didn't expect a change of towels and a minimum of cleaning every day. Area is perfect! You are in the center, 2 steps from the first beach and close to the station. Tips for improvement: There is no reception, but I would pay more attention to contacts via email. If I didn't call I would never have received an answer. Put at least a small fridge for the summer or some machines where you can buy water.

Very good hotel, well located, attentive staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city, 300 meters from the sea and the car parks, but very quiet. Good value for money. The little travel cot for baby and the bonus kettle for the bottle. The only problem for us is the lack of elevator for the stroller and luggage but that's a detail. THANKS !

I spent two nights, horrible. very dirty room, hair on the bed, stained sheet and no wifi. too bad the rooms are soundproofed. To avoid please, definitely not going, horrible experience and unacceptable owner.

We booked a room for 2 people for 2 nights for a romantic weekend. The photos on the website all show spacious and at first glance comfortable and clean rooms. When we passed the door, a huge surprise to see two small single beds lined up lengthwise, a tiny and dirty room! Broken shower door, broken shower head and finally no hot water after 1 minute in the “shower”. The night is not even worth 30€!!!!!! Having paid €78, it is unacceptable to receive a service like this! This is the first time I find myself posting a review of this type! Disgusting!
