San Remo Spa Hotels

What a stay - what a hotel!! We have just returned from an excellent road trip along the coast of France and Italy and The Royal Hotel Sanremo was the highlight of our accommodation. A true 5 star hotel by any standards. Safe and secure parking for our cars, excellent service, fresh and cold beer and snacks, a perfect dinner recommendation, a 5 star spa, a first rate breakfast and all combined with a luxury room and sea view. Special thanks to Adrian on reception who booked us dinner at Flipper seafood restaurant in town and took care of our needs during the stay. Worthy of a mention of its own is the Spa facilities which felt brand new and incredibly clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The reception was good, we find the check-in a bit late. The room was very good, confortable and agreable with vue of the sea. Unfortunately the blinds cannot be fixed open so the wind bangs them around. The Wellness center was perfect, with a good massage. The thing which was unfortunate and I think a big problem is the restauration the meals in the evening were not good and on both occasions cold! I asked for a glass of chianti wine the responsable said ”no” I could not beleive this no explication? The breakfast was very good as well. Being french we like perculated cafe in mugs, but all we could have is italien expresso (which is good, dont get me wrong ) but it is so small quantities. As for the traditional ”Aperitivo” go into town they only serve a bowl of crisps.

It is a very good hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything. It is quite well soundproofed and nicely decorated. Hotel perfectly clean, with enough towels and products. The staff is helpful, welcoming and does everything to make the stay pleasant. Spacious room! Be careful with the parking lot because there is not enough space … we could not park our car at the hotel and places are very difficult to find in this city.

Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.

Hotel prenotato parecchio tempo prima. Dovevo pagare tutto all'arrivo invece hanno deciso di loro spontanea idea di prelevare i soldi piu di una settimana prima. Arrivati in hotel ho pagato subito (prima ancora di arrivare alla mia camera) tutto il resto che mancava da pagare, e infatti guarda caso cosa succede? Arriviamo nella stanza e NULLA È COME DESCRITTO. Stanza sporca con capelli lunghi ovunque negli asciugamani (ho i capelli biondi rasati, di certo non miei). C'era scritto nella mia prenotazione che avrei avuto BELLA VISTA E BALCONE, non avevo nè una nè l'altra, la finestra della stanza dava su un'uscita laterale con oltrepiù un passaggio di non so quali persone (bella privacy), nessun balcone. Avrei dovuto avere la vasca con bagno grande (scelto apposta visto che ho portato con me i gatti), avevo un buco di bagno e pure mal funzionante, rubinetto che perdeva, scarico intasato. Avrei dovuto avere le zanzariere ma di loro scelta le hanno tolte. Stanza piccola, e la foto non era neancche presente tra le foto della mia prenotazione (chissá come mai forse perché orrenda). Alla mattina alle 8.30 considerando che era sul retro con una vista oscena la stanza era buia come fosse notte. Lenzuola sporche sembravano unte. Dopo aver visto tutto ho prontamente avvisato in reception ma ho avuto come risposta che tutto quello che dicevo non era assolutamente vero e che non avrebbero fatto nulla per sistemare la situazione, tanto meno rimborsare un qualcosa, quindi o accettavo o me ne dovevo andare. In aggiunta ho dovuta richiedere io più volte le ricevute fiscali perché fosse stato per loro neanche me le avrebbero date. Direttore hotel estremamente maleducato e poco rispettoso considerando che mi ha parlato con dito puntato e atteggiamento del corpo minaccioso nei miei confronti. Se l'hotel desiderasse rispondere, potete dire quanto volete ma ho le prove di tutto quindi non potete contestare nulla. Credetemi, optate per un altro hotel, non buttate via soldi per persone che si divertono a prendere in giro le persone che vorrebbero solo rilassarsi. Ps. Colazione a buffet scarsa, neanche descrizione di cibo, 0 scelta di yogurt, non ne vale la pena. E in aggiunta dicevano che il parcheggio a notte costava 10, sbagliato, costa 15 euro. Wifi non funzionava e neanche prendeva bene il cellulare in quella stanza.
