The hotel located well, near the airport but they gave us the room. 220 and a disaster, damp smell, dirty bathroom, wall of the bed full of dust (that would be time without cleaning), broken bathroom ceiling and to top it off it had no toilet paper, one of the towels with the stamp or the laundry paper without removing.... well thank goodness it was one night, but I won't go back there.

The hotel is cosy, clean and quiet. Breakfast is included and is varied. It is according to its category. The treatment of staff is very good. Recommendable.

The hotel, at the price paid, was substandard. There was no refrigerator in the room and there were no ice machines in the hotel, requiring me to ask for ice at the front bar. When I did ask, I was only given about three cups of ice, and when I asked for more, I was told that there was a limited amount available and that was all I would get. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and it was half gone. With two people, that isn’t sufficient. When I asked for more, I was told it would be replenished in the morning. Ridiculous, considering the price paid.

Noisy. We booked 2 nights, left after one night. Could literally hear the shower next door and people talking way too clearly. I could not sleep. If you can sleep through anything then it shod be no problem for you. Breakfast was typical with hard boiled eggs, etc. You have to pre book you breakfast time as they control entry.

Excelente servicio todo súper que bien lo recomiendo siempre tanto la atención con como lo que ofrecen todo en gran estado y muy cómodo comple con todo lo que ofrecen y no puedo quejarme volvería a reservar sin pensar por de verdad que quede impresionada.

L'accueil est agréable 24/24, la chambre est spacieuse et agréablement équipée. Le métro est proche (5 minutes à pied, compter 50 minutes pour accéder à la Puerta del Sol - Madrid) et le parking est gratuit et aisé dans la rue (sur recommandation de l'équipe). Quartier calme. L'espace petit déjeuner est refait au moment de notre passage. Le choix est vaste. Un seul bémol ... L'insonorisation interne. Autant le bruit extérieur ne s'entend quasiment pas, autant les bruits dans les couloirs ou dans les chambres voisines est présent (Conseil : marcher 17 km dans Madrid dans la journée pour ne pas entendre le bruit longtemps ;-) ) L'aéroport est proche. Service d'urgence disponible en face (très efficace aussi d'ailleurs).
