Un hotel miserable 165€ por noche sin cafetería y con un desayuno muy pobre lo único la habitación bastante bien,a las muchachas de recepción las tienen depie sin ningún tipo de taburete el único bar/cafetería solo lo abren para desayunos,no puedo entender que hoteles son estos,nunca más.............😤

The hotel is an interesting building that used to be a tobacco factory, which means the rooms have some nice character and are all a bit different to the standard hotel rooms you would get in a typical big hotel chain. However, the rooms are also lacking the frills and facilities you would typically expect in a large hotel and the overall hotel was left feeling a little soulless. Whilst the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, our air conditioning was not working the first night and the curtains in the room did not fit the windows properly - making it hard to sleep. And whilst the reception staff were friendly, it felt as though we were staying in a serviced apartment - rather than a 4* hotel. So whilst our stay at the One Shot Hotel wasn't a bad one, I would stay elsewhere if I were looking to return to San Sebastian.

alla reception sono cordiali e ragazze sempre con il sorriso , i letti purtroppo della stanza erano scomodissimi, camera molto piccola e possibile aprire la finestra ma montando su un mobiletto stavano molto in alto zona non molto tranquilla fuori unico nota positiva vicino alla stazione dei treni, 20 minuti dal centro a piedi purtroppo il giorno della partenza abbiamo aspettato tanto x un taxi chiamato con app dall'albergo

Great location if you are visiting San Sebastian and you are coming via train (station is next to it) or by bus from Bilbao (walking distance). Hotel is quiet and clean, laundry is 5 minutes away and there is a park next to it with play structure. will be back here again. Staff are super friendly and Nerea (front desk) is super helpful

Stile industrial, informale con camere in cemento lisciato, armadio ferro e vetro, mobili ferro e legno. E'una ex tabaccheria, molto curato, stanze ampie, grandi finestre, soffitti altissimi, bagno ampio, con bidet ( non è scontato) colazione un filo minimal, cmq ottimo!

In a 4 star hotel they didn't fill up our mini bar even we asked kindly, and there were no shops nearby. I won't be coming back to this place as well the reception was empty today for a long time leaving coming and going guests unattended. Really poor service.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel rooms. Little atmosphere in the reception / lobby area. Interesting decor, quite modern. Enjoyed our stay there and location is good for walking the half mile or so to the old city. Good option for a stay in San Sebastián.

El hotel se encuentra al lado de la estación de tren, y muy cerca de la estación de autobus, por lo que, si llegas por estas dos vías, resulta muy conveniente para evitar traslados. Asimismo, se encuentra cercano al centro, y a 10 minutos a pie de la playa. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. Es de corte mimimalista en los detalles, con detalles industriales, teniendo presente que el edificio donde se encuentra ubicado era una antigua fábrica de tabaco. Retornaría sin pensarlo.

Este hotel es un querer y no poder. El ambiente de la zona pésimo pero lo peor, la habitación. Sin ventanas. Bueno unas inaccesibles que no permiten ventilar la habitación. El moho de las juntas de la ducha y de los azulejos llevaba allí años. Lo peor que a las 7 de la mañana nos despertó un olor semejante al de alcantarillas que ya no se marchó. Creo que un hotel, por el que pagamos 223 euros/noche no se puede permitir errores en la limpieza. Por supuesto que lo comentamos al salir a la persona de recepción y se hizo la sorprendida. Añado vídeo y fotos. Jamás pisaré ese hotel. Para mí la limpieza es irrenunciable.
