✴︎Pros: - cozy and natural woody taste room which is definitely my type - water is free of charge if you ask the front - sunshade was smart enough to be controlled by buttons ✴︎Cons: - no place to get foods besides the restaurant located inside the hotel - ordering by an item is not available for at least the lunch time we went, had to order 2 items for each person including dessert - location is a bit far from the busy area of San Sebastian however taking taxi only took 12-13euros even at night, and taking a bus is easy on the way since going to the bus stop is really within a minute. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are easygoing to get around taking a taxi and a bus and rather sleep in a quiet area.

It is such a nice and luxury Spa hotel. Room is very well designed and comfy. Everything you need is in the room, kettle, fridge etc. Hotel has a Spa, Gym and swimming pool. Spa is not free but Gym and swimming pool is free. If you want to stay in San Sebastián but a bit farther from city center this is perfect place for you.

Great hotel. Amazing design features in the rooms. Easy bus into town but be aware they generally stop at 11pm although a taxi was only 12 euros after this point. No room service but nice staff. If this hotel was in town it would be amazing, but was still a great option as a tourist!

Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Good breakfast. A little far from the center. It’s really a shame that the indoor pool is overpriced (€30 in addition to the room) in winter. But overall good stay.

Everything is very good, clean and nice hotel, you can park outside without paying and there is a bus next door to the center

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. It is located on a hill, the rooftop swimming pool is comfortable, the sunset is beautiful, and the breakfast is rich. It is worthy of being a restaurant in a Michelin-starred town. Even breakfast is particular about it

While passing through, I was able to reserve a room in the middle of the night that was really clean and pleasant. Maybe the bedding was a little too soft, otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel is very big, with mountains on the back, very beautiful, with a roof. There are sofas in the lobby, long tables, free mint water, good service, and nice rooms. It is a very good hotel in such a small town. Recommended to stay.
