I stayed there three years ago, and it was surprisingly cheap, clean, the front desk was friendly, the location was great, and everything else was great.

It's quite unique, the people in the breakfast restaurant are very enthusiastic

New hotel, well decorated and with spacious rooms and quality elements. As a suggestion, put firmer pillows. If we return to Donosti, we will surely repeat!

The location is a bit far away. The stay is very comfortable. If you have a car, it’s no problem to stay here. Parking is not particularly easy. Not recommended if you don’t have a car.

The hotel is located in the center of San Sebastian with free parking spaces around. The decoration is stylish and beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The whole hotel is full of cinematic art, and the restaurant and cafe are very good. The wax figures sitting in the lobby are too realistic!

The room was large with excellent storage and overall a comfortable room. The hotel is located around 10-15 mins into the centre but there are local cafes and grocery shops within metres. It is a nice walk into the centre. The only feedback would be what happens in most hotels is the when the cleaners are cleaning other rooms, the amount of noise they make is considerable.

Lovely hotel if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk to the city center, we didn’t!! Another option is taking the bus (28). The associates at front desk very kind and helpful. Lara was very nice. The cafeteria for breakfast was great. The only thing that could improve are the toiletries. Lack of body cream; conditioner etc. which I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Nice clean hotel, an easy walk from the centre of town, with friendly and helpful staff, interesting cinema-themed rooms, and a decent restaurant downstairs.

Got trapped in the elevator upon arrival. They had to call elevator company to extract us. Great breakfast buffet. Great staff.
