The hotel is located a bit outside San Sebastian and is close to a kind of highway,
price is too high !

The most important aspect was the adjacent parking lot where we were able to park our extra large van for 9 people. The front desk staff was excellent, breakfast was not included and we only had coffee every day. There were tables outside and inside, but we stayed outside even late into the night talking and nobody complained. Overall, a great experience.

This Hotel is without a doubt a 10! Everything about it was superb from the time I checked to the time I checked out.
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in any hotel.
There’s a bus that stops outside of the hotel that will get you into the Centro in less that 15 minutes.
You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Como positivo, la habitación limpia y la cama cómoda. Está al lado de la autovía y algo alejado del centro y si abres la ventana se oye bastante ruido. La botella de agua que ponen de cortesía nos advirtió la camarera de piso que si no devolvíamos el envase, nos cobraban 10 euros...(muy cutres). El comedor enano y el desayuno decepcionante y escasísima variedad, en cualquier "bed and breakfast"te encuentras uno parecido, no es para nada un desayuno (18€) de un hotel de 4 estrellas de una ciudad como Donostia. Si te gusta el cerdo, no hay pavo ni pollo como fiambre y la camarera del comedor, bastante seca, por cierto... El uniforme del personal me chocó mucho para un hotel de 4 estrellas con una simple camiseta de rayas marineras y deportivas... Resumiendo: hay otros hoteles de 4 estrellas en San Sebastián que sí que se corresponden a su categoría,este no...

Room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfasts were adequate but there was no other food or a bar available that I could find. The hotel is a little out of the centre of town though this was not a particular disadvantage as bus transport to the beach and town was frequent and cheap. I would go stay again as it was good value
