It was very clean and I felt at ease staying there.
The building was old, but the inside of the hotel was very new and stylish.
In addition, there was a desk and chair in addition to the bed, which was convenient for having a drink in the evening.
The curtains closed automatically with the push of a button.
In the shared space, there was a machine that dispensed free coffee, cocoa, and hot water, which was very useful.
In terms of location, it is a little out of the city center, but it was not a problem as it was only about a 20-minute walk to the center.
There were also hair dryers, irons, and other items in the shared space that you could use.
They also left your luggage before and after check-in, which was very helpful!

Perfect one night stop during Semana Grande
A little surprised by the look of the building on arrival but room was very clean and modern and beds very comfortable. Staff is also very helpful.

Great place
A fantastic place to stay. Close to everything and very modern with good facilities. Dont be put off by the outside, the rooms are very modern, the area with free coffee machine and dishes was great. Ricardo was amazing, giving us lots of great information and advice

Great budget option for San Sebastian
Perfect for what we needed for a (cheapish) weekend in San Sebastian. Good location close to the train/bus station for travel to Bilbao airport and an easy walk along the river into the old town or Gros
Communal area a real bonus for us as we could leave our son sleeping in the room in the evening and be just outside.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Surprisingly quiet considering location. Responses via WhatsApp from the hotel was quick and online check-in process was easy and efficient.
