Before staying in other hostels, my daughter discovered HOSTAL URKIA and since 2010 I have been going two to three times a year to visit my family. With this review I say it all about the pleasure of staying in this HOSTEL. I recommend it to all my friends and they have been very satisfied.

Perfect location. Fully equipped room Possibility of bringing dogs Kindness at the reception. Shared kitchen with everything you need to make food. Super economical price. Discounted paid parking 100m away. Without a doubt a recommendable place to visit the beautiful city

Very central , supermarket across the street. Few mins walk to bus station and beach. Very neat little room with all the necessities plus thoughtful extras to make the stay comfortable like coffee/tea ( in the foyer), microwave, cutlery, fridge. The ladies working there are very kind and helpful . There is traffic noise at night but OK with windows closed . If your next door neighbour snores you will hear it! So bring earplugs . Pay attention to the info in the booking messages because the staff are based nearby in another property so there may be few mins wait to open the door for you . All queries answered straight away via WhatsApp , excellent service .
