The price/performance ratio is generally good. The location on the beach is perfect, and everything is within walking distance.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Free water, tea, and coffee are always available.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.
The only negative points for us were:
- Persistent ants in the bathroom
- Very outdated and dirty bathroom fixtures
- Lots of cobwebs, which could have easily been removed during cleaning?!
- Thinly soundproof rooms due to no proper windows
- Only one ceiling light, nothing else. Not even a small bedside lamp.
Overall, everything was very simply furnished.
We felt like we had one of the worse and smaller rooms. Therefore, I can only rate that. In our opinion, there were also slightly better rooms in this category.
If you don't expect much and are looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, this is a good choice.

The air conditioning and fan combination very quickly make you feel comfortable in the room. It would be nice to replace the shower head. The restaurant across the street has breakfast and a great view of the water, boats and islands.

Hotel location Is Amazing, right in front of the beach.
Staff is kind and friendly. They were able to help us with scooter rental and van transfer to El Nido.
Room is basic but ok for a few nights
