When you start off a review with a heartfelt Thank You then you know you have found something Amazing! To the Call Family and the entire staff at the Excelsior THANK YOU! Thank you for the most fantastic service, unparalleled beauty, superb amenities, and most of all the phenomenal cuisine. The moment you walk into the lobby of the Excelsior you are greeted by warm smiles and a warm welcome (thank you Lucia). The staff at the Excelsior goes to the limit to make certain you are very well taken care of. The attention to detail for each guest is incredible. Yes, there are many unique places in the Dolomites to stay, but Excelsior and the town of San Vigilio, Marebbe embraces your heart when you stay. The beauty of the area is awe-inspiring. Above all with everything the Excelsior has to offer, the most remarkable part of the stay (which we had 5 glorious days) was the fact Mr. Call (proprietor) every morning and every evening came and greeted and chatted with each guest personally. Mr. Call’s geniality was the added touch for our incredible stay. None the less, this review is real, and this review is sincere, and I encourage anyone reading this to give a first and only look at Excelsior. You will not be disappointed.

Questo hotel merita veramente una recensione speciale, tutto al top : ospitalità offerta da tutto il personale, cucina , servizio, pulizia , zona SPA e piscine !!! Con la mia famiglia simo tornati più volte in questa fantastica struttura ed ogni volta, in ogni stagione, rimaniamo sempre positivamente impressionati dal servizio offerto. Exzellentes Hotel mit unglaublicher Aussicht, tollem Ambiente und stimmigem Design. Das Service und die Kompetenz/Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen ist top. Der Wellnessbereich bietet für jeden etwas, mit eigenem Familien-, sowie Adults-Only-Bereich. Das Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf das Bergpanorama ist atemberaubend, bei geringen Außentemperaturen jedoch etwas kalt um sich lange darin aufzuhalten. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sehr sauber. Man merkt ebenso, dass auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird und man kann auf die tägliche Zimmerreinigung verzichten, Handtücher kann man sich in den Saunabereichen neue holen, sollte man diese benötigen. Alles in alles 11 von 10 Punkten!

Soggiorno indimenticabile. Siamo stati quattro giorni in questa splendida struttura a San vigilia . La spa è spettacolare e il cibo altrettanto Un ringraziamento speciale a Christian che ci ha serviti soddisfacendo ogni nostra richiesta !!

The view from the hotel is amazing. You can sit there drinking afternoon tea and have some cakes or join the interesting activities organised by the hotel. You can reach the most famous points all within 1.5 hours. You can also have packed lunch if you cannot come back

We have a fantastic stay with special service.Thanks to all the stuff, especially thanks to Vincenzo,Florian,Salvatore and Christian. We will definitelly comeback next time to in winter time for skiing and also some day for a wallking trip with Mr. Call.

Una vacanza da sogno, in un luogo incantato. Il servizio di alto livello, a partire dalla cucina alle camere. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e questo non è scontato. I piatti presentati, curati nei minimi particolari, i camerieri gentilissimi e professionali .Complimenti di cuore a tutti. Torneremo. Se posso dare un consiglio di miglioramento ingrandire la Soa e la zona relax. Ma ripeto: siete eccezionali.
