Residence Smeraldo

Molto comodo per raggiunger la spiaggia e il centro città. Ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici Bagno unico,sicuramente non ideale se siete in 4. Ampio spazio davanti la cucina e dietro la camera principale. Peccato per la scarsa accoglienza del personale e per i costi extra del parcheggio(15€ al giorno)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per 3 notti, esperienza positiva, vicino al mare e in zona tranquilla. Un paio di cose da segnalare, arredamento un po’ retrò (ma per 3 gg va bene), il check-in in un altro luogo (risolvibile con un pass che comunica l’operatore). Personale disponibile.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile presso il Residence Smeraldo a San Vito lo Capo e siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. La struttura è ben tenuta, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La nostra sistemazione era spaziosa, con un bellissimo patio dove ci siamo goduti momenti di relax dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di San Vito lo Capo. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, pronto ad assistere con qualsiasi richiesta o domanda avessimo. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la loro gentilezza e professionalità. Non possiamo dimenticare di menzionare la deliziosa colazione che ci è stata offerta ogni mattina, con una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e di alta qualità. Consigliamo vivamente il Residence Smeraldo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante a San Vito lo Capo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare in futuro!

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo residence, la posizione ottimale per raggiungere il mare che è veramente vicino, l' appartamento era ampio con tutto il necessario per cucinare, lenzuola molto pulite, letto comodo. Proprietario sempre presente e nelle vicinanze

Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica in questo residence, la nostra permanenza è andata oltre le aspettative, l' appartamento era molto carino con un bel bagno, letti comodi e ben condizionato, la cucina ben attrezzata. Proprietario molto efficente !!

abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiono in settembre in questo residence veramente bello, il nostro appartamento era ben arredato e tinteggiato da poco, angolo cucina molto ben attrezzato ed infine un bel patio dove ci si è potuto rilassare

Abbiamo scelto il residence per il fatto che abbiamo tre figli, scelta azzeccata! Il residence smeraldo si trova in ottima posizione, sia per il mare che per il centro. L' appartamento era molto carino e dotato di tutto, la cucina aveva l' occorrente necessario per cucinare.

I spent a week in August with my family in this residence, we had a really good time, the apartment was very nice and clean, the kitchen equipped with everything, much appreciated... the outdoor area where you can relax.

My family and I have been going to San Vito Lo Capo for three years. In August we booked this property for 3 nights, from the photos it was nice and close to the sea. Once we arrived, we went to get the keys and the owner informed us that we had to pay some expenses that we had not considered, tourist taxes, cleaning of the apartment, for us they were already calculated in the advance payment.. Furthermore they advised us parking is 15 euros per day, since from experience it is not easy to find parking in the town, we accepted. When we arrived at the property the parking was in an unattended square and nearby there were other municipal car parks that cost the same... without words... We no longer wanted the parking and the owner threatened not to give us the keys to the apartment . The third bed we had asked for was a sofa bed...and there would be nothing strange, but when we opened it it was full of spiders and with the folded mattress, it was dusty for no one knows how long it had been...it was an old sofa to throw away. An experience never had before, unfortunately we had already paid for everything... without words... good only to take the money and they put us in the middle with some nice cute photos.
