We had our dates mixed up and landed there a day early.Since we had international bookings we asked the manager on duty of he could adjust the dates since there was availability.They were not co operative and we ended up spending a huge amount for 2 really bad rooms since we didnt want to go searching for accomodation duing the busy Diwali vacation.
The rooms and toilet were dirty, neglected and in a really bad shape.Considering what they charge for these rooms I'm surprised people are willing to pay for such dirty and substandard rooms.In our case we had no choice since we were booking last minute through *******.
It was one of the worst experiences of our travel bookings and accomodation so far.
We are world travellers and do all our bookings through *******, never before have we paid so much for this poor quality of accomodation.

Not at all worth to go dhring peak season as what you get for the price paid is just so disappointing.Room are okayish..Food is bad..Restuarant space is so like road side dhaba style.Only the exterior view is good.Swimming póol was dirty with full of insect and dirt.Water prk was fully over crowded with outside school trip people.So your money is in drain during holidays nd season.Moreover very far around 1 hr distance frm main hampi sight seeing side.This side there is nothing worth seeing to stay in this part.You are stuck with food which is not appetising.

Kishkands resort is I must say a great place to stay when in hampi, it is some 20 odd kms from hampi old city and is located on other side of tungabhadra river. Resort has nice facilities, a huge lawn , lots of cottages , excellent food, great service and helping staff. Most of staff are locals with very little or no knowledge of Hindi or English but they will try to help you. There is a attached water park also. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The staff, service, cleanliness all were great. They offer free use of their water park - any number of times. Water park is good for small kids as this has very limited activities - slides, and pool. Small kids will enjoy. Adults can also slide and have fun. Only improvisation suggested is to the lunch and dinner. Taste was good, but varieties could've been more.
