Tres bel emplacement, petit bemole sur le tarif de la chambre payer sur trip avec la difference sur place… pas de telephone pour appeler la reception dans la suite junior (numero 4)

Un beau bateau … mais à la dérive …
Hôtel qui a visiblement eut une ère glorieuse … dans le passé. La configuration générale est flatteuse, les matériaux de qualité mais bon sang … il a vécu et mal vécu. L’entretien laisse à désirer, les équipements sont usés et dégradés quand ils ne disfonctionnent pas.
Tout sent l’établissement racheté en phase descendante et dont on a imaginé qu’il vivrait sans personnel ni entretien.
Le personnel manque de considération pour les besoins et le confort des clients (on est clairement chez eux et on nous dit clairement qu’on a juste à filer droit). Le parking est un calvaire, beaucoup moins d’espace que nécessaire, on ne peut pas entrer et sortir à sa guise de l’établissement sans demander l’autorisation … quand il y a quelqu’un et qu’on ne doit pas attendre 20min que quelqu’un daigne occuper le desk. On peut même essayer de réveiller quelqu’un en appelant au téléphone… de toutes façons le personnel est au café , on pourra disposer de sa propre voiture quand ils auront terminé … bref c’est un très beau bateau en pleine dérive… plus jamais.

Passez votre chemin
Tres décevant personnel incompetent ne parlant pas très bien français et encore moins anglais.
Pour ce qui est du restaurant fuyez, il y a tant de vrais restaurants tout proches.
Les chambres sont extrêmement mal isolées tant au niveau phonique que thermique.
La qualité de la literie laisse a désirer (matelas dur type futon).
En un mot pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Les prix sont a la tete du client !!!
