Loved 😍 loved 😍 loved 😍 ❤️ this hotel! Cian the night clerk was the best!

Room was clean. Coffee and tea were generous. Bathroom was well lit and mostly clean, but things are a little worn or cracked in corners and edges. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft and smooth. The reception was a grand area with stylish furniture. Staff is courteous and helpful. Oh yeah, so I went to the hotel gym for a light workout. As I am busting out some dumbbell curls and presses I notice this older guy in washed denim overalls with one strap hanging down and a slim female trainer exercising next to me. She spoke with a slight accent, which was curious to me. Then I realized that the guy was Bruce Springsteen. Hah! Well, nothing unusual- just people staying fit. I finished my workout and went on my way. It is a nice hotel with a great location.

It was a great stay the only problem was the terrible storm that hit the area on Saturday night 90 mph winds knocked out the power for 25 minutes. The food was good.

I got a room with 1 bed and a pull out bed on a couch. I took the top sheet off the bed to put on the pull out bed and found blood on my bed. It was not a whole lot of blood.... but it was still blood nonetheless. I talked to the night time receptionist and she assured me to speak with the manager in the morning and something would be done because they had no rooms available and I couldn’t have my 4 year old sleep in the car. We slept on the pull out couch and when I went to speak with the manager the next morning I was treated as if it was my fault. She told me there was nothing she could do or was willing to do because I booked through Hotels.com. Karina (the “general manager”) absolutely refused to help me in anyway. She called the police to have me leave when I became frustrated of the situation. Fast forward 3 days. I have spoken to person after person. And turns out Karina has all the control to issue a refund of any kind. And has denied it multiple times. I didn’t expect my money back or anything for that matter. But I did expect some common courtesy and maybe some respect as a human being who had to deal with someone else’s blood. I was dismissed and treated very poorly. In all of that Karina didn’t even say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” one time. I would not recommend wasting your time or your money on this facility. It wasn’t worth even a sliver of the $200 I paid and the customer service? Don’t get me started. Very very sad this is where we had to start our vacation.

What a find! For a budget hotel, this really was fabulous. The lobby and our room were tastefully decorated and very clean. Everything was in good working order and nothing looked shabby or in need of repair. Our bed was very comfortable, although you might want to take your own pillow if possible. Our room had a few little extra features that were very helpful. In addition to the mini-fridge and microwave, there was a wet bar with an extra-long counter and a few kitchen-type cabinets. (I presume that they're extra storage for an extended stay.) In addition to the ample-sized desk, there was another table of the same height and depth. This means two people could have a desk, or the extra table could be used to stow luggage or other large items on top or underneath, or the two pieces could be placed end-to-end to make an extra long project table if needed. Kudos to the designer of this room and its furnishings. Cautions: there were plenty of electric outlets, although it was not necessarily easy to reach them, so if you have lots of electronics, take an extension cord or two. Also take your own toiletries. I was locked out of my room on the third afternoon. During my conference. Room #850 The Hotel said the booking was for 2 nights and asked me to leave or pay another $150.00. Because I already paid for the room I said no Then they had security remove me from the room and I left the Hotel.
