We regret that we did not deliver an experience deserving of a better rating and would like to extend our sincere apologies for failing to meet your expectations. For your information, compulsory refundable security deposit key per room is RM 100. The check out time is 12noon and our front desk officer did called to remind Sir that late check out will be charged RM 25 per hour. Much appreciated to the feedback on parking spots and breakfast.
