Pretty disappointed overall. Booked this hotel because the review was decent. The experience turned out to be quite bad actually. Firstly the hotel insisted on deposit of 150rm upon arrival. The room was somewhat clean. There was no house cleaning service, no change of towels and replenishment of bottled water. When we came back in the evening and found out the room was not cleaned. We called counter to request for water, nobody picked up the call despite several attempts. Only till next day did we found out that house cleaning is based on request. First time knowing that house cleaning is not a default option.

Got improvement. They provide spritzer drinking water

For the price she paid the price is decent Room is ok but can improved on the washroom

Room is small and not well maintained. Staffs are not too helpful. Location is ok with available parking space.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. One room was ok but another one was in bad condition. The sink is cracked, faucet loose and water very low. No hot water for the shower. After 1 night, we requested to change room. The staff at the reception said will get back to us but never did so.

The hotel tried to be digitalized but not user friendly. Called receptionist and no one answer

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our stay most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff from the planing stage till the end of our stay. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

Overall all good stay Clean and comfortable to stay Recommended.

Nice hotel and clean... Very strategic location...good for solo traveler like me
