Located along Katherine St, really beautiful with delicious breakfast and dinner. The rooms are exceptionally clean, although a little bit small( we had so many bags). Mimi from the reception was really helpful and kind. Her services was top notch. Would definitely recommend this

This was a good stay. My favorite part was the breakfast, I thought it was so delicious! The pool was beautiful and the view from my room was beautiful too. I would recommend this hotel, it was cute.

Hotel is rated at 5star but the amenities are quite average. The standard king size room is smaller than I have experience in some other hotels if that range. You do not find water glasses in the room. Room service is very slow and sometimes your call will just keep transferring between room service and reception if you needed something. If you ordered food in your room, you have to make payment immediately. It does not amount up to check out. There is only one restaurant, one cafe in the hotel. You can walk up to nearest restaurant for your food that is 800m away.Pool is there but you have to carry your own towel. The day we arrived, there was a birthday party around the pool with loud music. We avoided going to pool side. Shoe shiner is in the lobby and if you get your shoes cleaned he needs to be paid as compliment and that complement begins with 100rand minimum. To me it’s an average hotel and ok for a couple of days. It had some conference going on so extra crowd was also in the lobby for the two days we stayed If you are looking for a luxery experience, better choose another hotel. This hotel is ok for not more than two days of stay.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas. A beautiful hotel with great amenities. But very very poor customer service. We had a great meeting with the designated team, but we had a lot of things that kept going wrong due to simple negligence by the staff and management. Would I come back here for another meeting. Probably not.

Every thing about the hotel was excellent. Modern, clean, high quality services, excellent food, conveniently located and very friendly and professional staff. I wish they had an official airport shuttle owned by the hotel

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the friendliest door man on earth. A welcome home hug he took me to reception. Every aspect of the hotel is well thought through with staff only to happy to say hello and help you out. Dinner at the hotel was a real treat with a great food selection and hotel serving staff that offered a friend and quietly helpful service. This is my new home away from home. If you stay anywhere else you’re wasting your money.

I loved my experience at the Capital on the Park. The apartment I stayed with my family was very beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff is very kind, the facilities are very good. The food at the restaurant is very good and the bar is a plus!!!

This was an excellent experience. There was a problem caused by the booking by my travel agent but this was efficiently sorted out by the reception staff. Room was excellent, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was busy but good. Bar and resturant were fine.

Really high quality stay, the staff were so professional and the bar staff- especially Onyas made it so worthwhile. 5 stars all the way!!!
