Sandusky Inn

Shower was broken only had cold water. Could not turn water off. Room was very small. Super inconvenient trying to get ready in the morning with the broken shower.

Good place to stay

The pictures are misleading for the room I received. I ended up paying about $610 for 2 nights. This seemed like a decent rate for the space that was pictured on the website, but I can't say I think it was a fair price for what I received. When I arrived it was a very small room. (both my girlfriend and myself had to shimmy sideways at the sides of the room to get around the bed. It was absurdly small for the cost. With that out of the way here's the good: The people running the Inn are very kind and polite. They seem like genuinely good people. The room was very clean. No issues there. The bed was very comfortable, though it took up the whole space of the room. I slept well. The AC unit was great. Kept us cool all night and day. If you're booking because you're desperate for a place to stay during Colossalcon weekend, just be aware the cost may seem high for what you get.

Location not bad, but this is Motel, not a hotel. Air conditioner really old and makes to much noise. Place is really cheap and noisy. This is 2*Motel, bathroom is really old and really small.It not worth the money, which we pay for the room.

Okay for the money.

For an older motel it was very clean and the staff were beyond phenomenal. I left my pouch there and right away they called me and told me. Definitely above and beyond.

This place was a blessing in disguise. My fiancé and I booked a room and another place, and the place turned out to be a complete dump. Their employees were rude and almost ruined our vacation when I checked into this hotel, I explained my situation and they welcomed us with open arms, treated us with the upmost respect as if we were family, the family own an operated place. This is truly is a family owned and operated the husband and wife and son were very very polite. His wife is very attentive to the guests. I stayed here for better part of a week with them because of How, they made our vacation , so worth being in Sandusky I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody there perfectly located. They are very clean and are as advertised with their pictures. This place has a five star rating in my opinion.

Very clean

Our room was very small. When looking at the pictures it looks bigger than what it is. Water pressure in the shower was bag, some time no water at all. Bed was not comfortable at all.
