Very nice cosy stay

The kids liked the beds and lazy-bone sofas provided by the hotel. The room was clean and met expectations. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be better if there was an elevator and the shower head in the bathroom was lowered.

The hotel was very clean! There was no sound and I slept well. There is a supermarket right next door, which was nice because it was open until late.

Good location, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby

We booked late in the evening, booking was complete in minutes, staff were very helpful, unfortunately we weren't down for a holiday, we were there due to a family emergency at rhh, my son and i thank everyone.

Used this place for my home based while doing day trips out of Hobart. Many good restaurants are walkable and a Woolworth’s is one street over. Lastly, I went to bed early every night there and didn’t hear anything with the bar/restaurant downstairs .

Check in was done in the restaurant and was an easy process. Parking was shared with the restaurant. Manager was friendly and room was nice. A lot of stairs if you have a lot of luggage. Manager did offer to help carry luggage up to our room. Overall, great place to stay.

We were upgraded to a better room because the room we were booked into had a loose hinge to the door. The facilities in the room is ve ry adequate. The general location of the hotel is good-near shops, had parking and walking distance to the water. But it had a very busy street right in front of the hotel. But for the price of the room- no complaintd

Modern bathroom facilities in an older style hotel in the inner area. Very good bed in a smallish room. Good value for money

all good, it is an old building with renovated bathroom, clean and freshly painted. Free parking and downstairs bistro serves good meals

Room is very small but very clean. Staff is very helpful. Walkable to sightseeing points.

The place looks very unassuming from the outside, just a typical pub. Inside the room was completed renovated and no different to a fancy hotel, just without the price tag. The staff were incredible during our stay, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is convenient walking distance to Salamanca market, Hobart CBD and there are many eateries nearby. Highly recommended.

It's an old pub which is what i was after. Price was good. Staff at the pub were great. Parking was easy. Room was clean and tidy and the basics were there. It would be a hike up the stairs if you had difficulty getting around but quite doable for most folks. Good reception times and after hours access. Pub with pub food downstairs.
