The staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating to our needs, we appreciated it The people in room 209 were loud and had a lot of traffic late in night but we had a great night anyway

We don't usually write reviews, however this place was a bit over the top.....but unfortunately not in the positive. We felt the staff were doing the best they could with what they had. That being stated, the rooms are rough. And that's being very kind. We were given a room and upon walking in it reeked of smoke. We went back to ask for a different room because of the odor. The 2nd room was no different. We did go to the store to purchase some smelly plugins and such. Unfortunately, it didn't really make that much of a difference. We wouldn't leave our clothes out because of the smell. (Not to mention there was only 1 hanger anyways.) Just know, if you do stay, you will eventually go nose blind. Which is not necessarily a good thing. We should have done more research before booking. Some reviews mentioned there was a lot of transient people staying. I can confirm this. As one morning there was a running patrol vehicle in front of the office. There was an officer checking someone in. There was no water in the pool (as shown in advertisement of pictures). The lobby has one couch against the wall (vs. the couch 2 chairs and several coffee tables as shown in the advertisement of pictures). There was no "biscuits and gravy" as others mentioned in reviews. There was, however, frozen jimmy dean biscuits - which was actually nice and no fail proof. The rooms need so much maintenance. They left a basket with coffee packets and creamer, but there was no coffee pot in the room. The cabinet under the sink, where you would normally keep your toiletries, was just a shell. Yes, you could actually see the drywall and the floor. We had 2 bath towels but only sometimes you would get a hand towel. And not to be petty at this point, the shower curtain and rod has seen better days. The owner of the place (Wyndham?) needs to come in and just do an overhaul.

Do yourself a favor and go to Yelp and look at the reviews and check out the photos I took of my room (room 222), you will be disgusted. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. It was dirty, smelly, and the staff were very unprofessional.

Freah cigarettes burns on sheets, bathroom needs some attention( shower is sinking in middle ) no remote control in room ( didnt feel like going back to front office so couldnt enjoy a movie)

Room was very clean and comfy. Housekeeping was amazing. Kept room taking care off and homey. Highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you!!!

My husband and I had a great stay. Room was super clean this time, that makes me super happy. The only issue was a young couple who says they live there were outside trying to bum cigarettes off the actual guests to the hotel. I think that is wrong. They need to stop preying on the guests. Then in the middle of the night we were awaken by the same young couple who were literally fighting, screaming and hollering outside our window. It was NOT ok.

It was just a quick getaway to have a night alone with my husband. I've been there several times. A lot of times the rooms are clean and there's enough towels and everything's fine. That is not the case this night we had room 106. The room was filthy, there were no towels for our hands there was no washcloth. There were no cups coffee, the remote battery wasn't working right, the internet was sketchy. Usually the beds are pretty comfortable this one was not we really did not like this room and we're not happy with it. There was also a lot of noise and disturbance in the back of the hotel which is where our room is located. People kept knocking on our door through the night looking for some guy. That's a red flag right there! Not cool at all and we don't need to be bothered with things like that then we're trying to get away for quiet time. It seems like the rooms in the front of the hotel have less noise than the back of the hotel.

When we first arrived, we ended up in a room that had obviously been smoked in previously, even though all rooms are "non-smoking." As an asthmatic, this would have been really horrible for me, but as soon as I brought it to the Front Desk's attention, they moved us immediately. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and polite - a very nice experience.
