Allotted room was in very bad condition, washbasin was not having water even then flush was out service. Room was having some kind of odour

Good clean room. Prompt service. Nice check in and check out experience.

Need to improve room service need to upgrade

Average ambiance and amenities also hotel is under renovation

Stay was very comfortable and the staff was cooperative i had a very good experience

It’s pathetic experience, under construction property and having very unsafe entry through bars and wooden blocks. Beds are very small, no toiletries or hot water at washrooms

Elevator not working, rooms filled with restaurant Kitchen smell. Beds with poor quality mattress and sheets. Staff without uniform, difficult to make out who is staff and who is customer. Breakfast wasn’t available till 8:15. Food quality and taste was good but very limited items. Overall a Good location marred by poor service standards.

No worries very bad service and highly charged on meals

We as a family of 4, visited Sangli for my daughter's table tennis state ranking tournament. and I was suggested by 2 of my friends this hotel. I thank them for the suggestion. both my kids enjoined the hotel. it was clean and pleasant all around. only 2 points I want to mention here. As the restaurant on the top floor is a happening place. it attracts young local croud for dinner, this may make the place bit noisy. also the smoking and non smoking sitting area should be there. another is the reception is very prompt at service but the room service for food is not. I had to ask 4 times for 1 glass of milk. which my son wanted at 10.00 in night. which is not that late. when I contacted reception desk, it came immediately. Parking area is not enough. and we have to park on the side road. but the road was very dirty with a lot of garbage thrown around. very adjacent to hotel. rest all was very good. and I would love to revisit some time...
