Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Ruime keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet en 's avonds 5 gangen diner met een 2-keuzemenu. Zwembad is verfrissend en elke dag open, sauna is perfect maar alleen op ma/wo/vr open in de namiddag/avond (enige minpunt)

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Essen ist prima und der Service perfekt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Alles sehr sauber. Das einzige was nicht ganz passt sind die Preise für die Getränke. Weizen 0,5 l. 6,90 Euro ist kein Schnäppchen.

albergo ottimo. camera pulita con asciugamani anche per la piscina cambiati ogni giorno. colazione ricchissima, cena sempre variegata e non banale. piccola spa pulita ed accogliente a giorni alterni non nel fine settimana. poca gente e quindi vero relax. possibilità di parcheggio notturno delle e-bike. gentilissimo gestore dell albergo ci ha permesso la pulizia finale delle bici. tessera inclusa per piscina del paese (non le saune per cui occorre pagare solo 9 euro di integrazione) e utilizzo delle funivie da cui ammirare le montagne spettacolari.

- Sauna nicht geöffnet. - Pooltemperatur knapp über dem Gefrierpunkt - Extrem unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption beim Check-in - Halbpension unterirdisch, man wird als Paar an einem Tisch „dazugesetzt“ obwohl Tische frei sind und teilweise mit nur einer Person belegt sind. Das Hotel war in den 80 gern bestimmt mal sehr gut, leider hat gefühlt seit dem keine Modernisierung stattgefunden. Habe bei Booking Level 3, so etwas ( zum Glück ) auf der ganzen Welt noch nicht erlebt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen mit mehreren Gängen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner Innenpool und sauberer Wellnessbereich. Das Hotelzimmer war ansprechend. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

This is a superb hotel, the rooms, the pool and the spa are great to come home to after a day on the mountain,the staff really are first class, very friendly and accommodating and the food is truly excellent, the hotel mini bus drops you off at the ski lifts in the morning and the towns shuttle bus is every ten minutes to return you to the hotel,we loved every minute of our stay at hotel kertess and would book again without hesitation if we were to return to St Anton

Heel fijn hotel met uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Voor ons gezin zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ligging: wandelafstand van centrum Sankt Anton (fijne “korte wandeling”, ook al is er een ochtend shuttle vanuit het hotel voorzien). Retour via herhaaldelijke stadsbus. Keuken: super, genoten van elk gerecht, bediening inbegrepen. Een kok die een werkelijk ster verdient . Hotel: fijne bar in het hotel en nette kamers die dagelijks van vers badlinnen werden voorzien.
