Amazing time in Bad Gastein
Fantastisk service. Rengøring af værelse 2 gange om dagen. Lækker morgen. Super venligt personale. Lækker spa område. Vil anbefale det til alle som vil prøve noget luksuriøst i flotte omgivelser.

Schönes Zimmer (215) sehr gutes Essen, fast alleine im SPA, sehr freundliches Personal. Im ersten Moment erscheint die freigelegte Wandmalerei als wäre die Renovierung nicht abgeschlossen, beim zweiten Blick sieht das wirklich gut aus ... gelungenes Gesamtkonzept aus alt und neu. Einziges Manko: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte heller sein und Steckdosen muss man suchen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Tolles Ambiente, leider nicht die Wunschsuite bekommen, aber auch die Zimmer zur Strasse sind schön, Frühstück im wunderschönen Speisesaal, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gepflegter Wellnessbereich, das Schwimmbecken dürfte 15 cm tiefer sein, aber welch' toller Blick ins Tal. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nach langer Pause wiedereröffnetes Grand Hotel, sehenswerte einfühlsame Restauration, hervorzuheben Speisesaal und Bar, der Poolbereich mit Außenzone allein schon die Reise wert, dazu kompetentes und überaus charmantes Personal, auf baldiges Wiedersehen!

Straubinger has exceeded my expectations - by far!
The renovation of the old Straubinger might possibly the best ever of a k.k. monarchy monument. Brillantly done by keeping old walls, doors and character in general while not making any compromises on the luxury one would expect as a guest in 2023.
The state of the art spa and pool area are outstanding. The bar is phantastic. Service is very good.
Bad Gastein hasn't had any hotel of that standing since the k.k. monarchy had ended more than 100 years ago.
Thank you to the new owners for that architectural masterpiece. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Sehr schöne Zimmer kleines und sehr feines spa Nettes Personal Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder Toll ist auch dass man das spa des Schwesterhotels benutzen kann Und die Atmosphäre von Bad gastein ist wunderschön morbide

Das Hotel ist absolut top. Meiner Ansicht nach das beste in Bad Gastein. Toller Service, "echte" Gastfreundschaft, freundlich-herzliches Personal und ein sehr gutes Housekeeping. Gast was willst Du mehr. Sehr schöne Zimmer, sinnvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, mega bequeme Betten. Allerdings, nichts ist perfekt und so gibts auch hier zwei (kleine) Macken. Im Bad sind leider nicht genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten und leider ist die Entlüftung ohne Ventilation. Ein wirklich toller Wellness Bereich, groß genug auch wenn das Haus vol ist, modern-gemütlich, tolle Saunen mit Blick ins Gasteiner Tal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, ebenso das Restaurant, theoretisch muss man das Hotel gar nicht verlassen, was angesichts der Umgebung aber sehr schade wäre. Summa summarum ein so gut wie perfekter Aufenthalt, es wird nicht unser letzter gewesen sein. Unsere erste Wahl in Bad Gastein.
