Es war zwar nur für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Godt sted for skistop.
Super serviceminded personale. Lækkert og godt køkken, bar & restaurant område og udbud. Værelserne har det de skal have, men kunne nok godt klare en upgrade;)

Ich hatte eine äußerst negative Erfahrung. Der Besitzer, Olaf, war sehr unhöflich und schlug vor, dass wir gehen sollten, wenn uns etwas nicht gefiel. Trotz der Buchung eines Zimmers für 4 Personen, wie auf Booking beworben, stellte sich heraus, dass sie einfach zwei zusätzliche Betten in das vorhandene Zimmer geschoben hatten. Wir suchten Anerkennung und faire Behandlung, aber leider trafen wir auf Unprofessionalität. In Zukunft werde ich diesen Ort meiden, da die Erfahrung täuschend war und viel zu wünschen übrig ließ. I had an extremely negative experience. The owner, Olaf, was very rude and even suggested we leave if we had any issues. Despite booking a room for 4 people, as advertised on Booking, it turned out they simply added two extra beds to the existing room. We sought acknowledgment and fair treatment, but sadly, we encountered unprofessionalism. I will steer clear of this place in the future, as the experience felt deceptive and left much to be desired.

Regina Hotel is a really fancy and comfy place. The rooms are super nice, and the food at Regina is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, so you can easily explore. It's the perfect spot for a special and unforgettable getaway

"Beste Freundinnen Wochenende" in Bad Gastein - wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort als "Das Regina Hotel" aussuchen können. Eigentlich wollte ich ein anderes Hotel vor Ort buchen. Jedoch hat mich fehlender Service und lange Wartezeit auf Fragen rund um meine Buchung davon abgebracht. Unser Glück, denn sonst wären wir nicht im "Das Regina Hotel" gelandet. Hier wurde schon im Vorfeld prompt, persönlich und professionell geantwortet und reagiert. Was soll ich sagen ... wir haben es nicht bereut. Zwei Zimmer, zwei Balkone, zwei Bäder verbunden durch eine Verbindungstür und das Ganze mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Tal. Ein Team, das so herzlich und zugewandt war, dass wir das Hotel gar nicht mehr verlassen wollten. Hervorragender Kaffee, leckerer Kuchen, ein wunderbares Abendessen, erlesene Weine (alles zu vernünftigen Preisen), ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche lässt (Bioprodukte, viel frisches Obst, wieder der hervorragende Kaffee). Ja, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen - aber genau das hat uns gefallen. Ja, die Bäder sind alt - aber so sauber & entzückend, dass es eine Freude ist. Ja, das Team spricht nicht perfekt deutsch - aber jeder Wunsch wird von den Augen abgelesen. Ja, wir kommen wieder, lieber Jason Houzer nebst wunderbarem Team :-)

Meine Tochter Und ich waren übers Wochenende im Regina. Das Hotel hat uns so gut gefallen, dass ich in drei Wochen schon wieder hin fahren werde. Die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben zweimal zu Abend gegessen und das Essen war so super gut, Wahnsinn.!! Ich weiß nicht wann ich das letzte Mal so ein geschmackvolles Essen hatte. Ehrliche Küche die jeden Preis wert ist. Das Personal und auch die Besitzer sind zu jeder Zeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben die Besten Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach perfekt. Fast wie nach Hause kommen. Danke liebes Team vom Regina‘s. Bis bald!
