La peor experiencia en un Hotel, verdaderamente un fraude con las fotos que pone en Internet, muy viejo ,sucio, tienen una máquina de helados en la entrada del Hotel, que lleva meses parado con los helados podridos, el restaurante malísimo, intentaron engañarnos con los precios. En recepción pedían 250 € por pasar la cena de Nochevieja, y arriba en el restaurante al final me pidieron 70 por persona y no en liras turcas, sino en euros. El desayuno extremadamente malo ,el servicio distante ,desagradable el recepcionista de la tarde /noche evidentemente no le gustan los extranjeros ,te trataba con desprecio en todo momento y con mucha falta de colaboración. Parece mentira que se pueda engañar a la gente. De esta manera, nos estropearon las vacaciones con el dinero que nos costó. .

Excellent Hôtel Très bien placé , au coeur d'Istanbul. Acceuil exceptionnel de Mr Mamet et Mr Khalil. Personnels très professionnel, et accueillant. Merci également au personnel du restaurant qui sont très serviable. Je vous le recommande très fortement
