This hotel is really amazing! The hygiene details are superb, completely comparable to a five-star hotel. The service at the front desk is impeccable, very service-minded and very professional. It's also very cost-effective and offers free laundry and parking, which is really thoughtful. There is also a reading corner in the hotel where you can read books. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive. All in all, this stay was a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!

Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

Sanming Hotel is indeed a five-star hotel. There were rooms available for check-in at 11 o'clock, 3 hours in advance. No one disturbed us when we were there. We were given welcome fruits and biscuits when we went out to play. The coffee, black tea and green tea in the mini bar in the room were delicious. The bathroom was also very clean. It was very cold outside in winter, but the whole building of the hotel was very warm. There was also heating in the room, but you had to turn it on yourself. The scenery in the hotel was very good. It was not too far from the river, nor too close. You could also see Qilin Mountain. There was a bus stop downstairs, not far from Liedong Hub Station, and there were many delicious foods on Liedong Street. The breakfast was very good, with freshly cooked noodles, flat meat, drinks, and four bottles of water a day. It was a very OK hotel.

I booked it to go to a concert, and the price increase was more reasonable compared to surrounding areas. Disadvantages: The hair dryer is the old-fashioned type fixed on the wall, which is not very convenient. The hot water is very small, and the shower room is also very small. There is only one space to turn around, and there is no place to put towels and clothes. You can only change them after washing, which is quite embarrassing. In short, the bathing experience is not good. Overall it's okay.
