Good swimming pool
Location not bad
It was far from Sorrento station, but close to Sant'Angelo station, which was nice.
There is also a terrace so you can smoke. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Lovely hotel that is clean and pertly refurbished. New rooms minimalist but nice with new walkIn shower. Hotel decor nice, modern and clean. Food is mixed - average with some nice menu items. Alcohol choices good but pricey Staff helpful and friendly. A bit of effort with food could make for a better holiday experience. A little out of town and not much around without a fair walk. Train to Sorrento is only a 4 minute ride but station 10 mins from hotel. 🏨

Visited on a Jet2 package and found this to be a very good hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor which has been recently renovated and it was immaculately looked after. The food was excellent and plentiful, on 2 nights there were full size pizzas for starters! The pool area and gardens were very pleasant. There was lots of staff around so service was quick and all the staff we came into contact with were very friendly. This included the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and all of the cleaning staff. It is a little noisy sitting on the balcony or around the pool area due to the incredible amount of scooters but I imagine it is impossible to find a quiet hotel anywhere due to the volume of traffic. Quite easily the best all round hotel we have stayed in during several visits to Italy

This is a delightful hotel set in a small town away from the busy-ness of Sorrento. The reception staff are very helpful and a mine of local information about places to visit,busses and trains. Breakfast is the standard offering. Disappointed that there was no fresh yoghurt available only low fat cartons but understandable. Evening meals - nice to be given a menu to choose from rather than a buffet selection. Sometimes we struggled to find something but we’re always pleased with what we had! All of the starter portions are huge especially the pizza. Main courses were slightly smaller portions so it sort of balances out. Would have liked to see more Italian cuisine. We had room 327 which is at the top of the hotel. It was fabulous, lovely and quiet with a very comfortable bed. It is adjacent to the solarium (roof terrace) with fantastic views. Spent a lovely evening watching a thunder storm travel around the mountains! The hotel is a short walk from the train station. (€1.50 to Sorrento) and about a 20 minute walk into Sorrento. Would recommend walking, you go past some lovely coast line. We had a lovely week’s stay despite some very interesting weather. The hotel management should be very proud of their staff team - they work extremely hard to make everyone’s feel welcome.

We have just spent a week at Hotel Alpha on a half board basis. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms were well equipped and modern, the bed comfortable. The breakfast was traditional European fare: a range of cheese, ham, breads, fruit and pastries. Most evenings had a choice of meals except for gala nights which were a set menu. Something for everyone. Train station a few minutes walk away, to get to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples. We would recommend it as a good place to stay just outside of Sorrento.

Overall, it’s ok and it’s barely making that grade. Certainly, not a 4 star, not sure who’s measuring that, but it’s not even close. AC doesn’t work, we are lucky that the weather is mild. Most of the hotel is dated - like from the seventies. Not a pleasant place to hang out. Rooms are somewhat updated and they are spacious for Europe. Service on our first day was good, on the second, absurdly poor. Tried to exchange some dollars, they wouldn’t do it, first hotel I’ve been to that doesn’t do that. Unfortunately, the font desk person was obnoxious about it too “we are not an exchange!” It is generally a hotel courtesy. Pool attendant (very strange person) wanted to charge me for an extra towel, and I quote; “2 people, 2 towels!” In the history of hotels, I’ve never heard of that. Just subpar performance from a hotel that boasts a 4 star rating. Gardens are nice. This area has so many options, pick something else is my recommendation.

Lovely hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and clean. Plenty of choice on the menu . The restaurant staff were very good with my daughter who has a number of dietary problems. Near the train station so easy to get to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius or Naples.

This is a lovely hotel with outstanding service from the staff. All of the staff were so friendly which really made our trip special. The facilities are great with it being a small hotel and lovely food. There was nothing to complain about at all

Amazing staff, we had an issue with our booking, not the fault of the hotel & they were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond. The location suited us as we liked the option of walking into sorrrento or getting the train, both very easy to navigate. We stayed in a modern room with breakfast only, had everything we needed. Little tip.. use the ‘tap’ your card option at the train stations much quicker than queuing/ getting a ticket. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.
