Hôtel propre literie impeccable ménage fait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner copieu,par contre le repas du soir pas bon et le service vaut des points. Une catastrophe !!! Une formation de serveur(se) serait le bienvenu pour ses gens là. L'emplacement de cette hôtel est un peu retiré de tout,bien pour les personnes qui recherche la tranquillité. Dommage que la plage ne soit pas de sable.

Terrible accomodation. Not recommended. We have got a room located in the left side - rooms are dark, small, with a broken furniture. The bathroom is a terrible (there are fungi on the walls, sink was dirty and with hairs from previous guests). The window is broken and cennot be closed properly (the room was on the street level). Breakfast is ok (but not 4 stars, coffe is from the machine, no fresh juices, generally overly processed food). The dinner menu seems to be very limited and the portion of the served food are too tiny for adult people. The dining itself is poor - there are spots on sheets, water bottles are dirty. You are served firstly with food, the drinks are served in the middle of eating main course. There is plenty of mosquito around the hotel property. WiFi doesnt work. The only good thing is a nice beach. The Elihotel claims to be four stars - it is two maximally. I dont recommend to stay here.

Cordialità, pulizia e comodità. Andiamo spesso in questa struttura perché ormai ci sentiamo in famiglia. Gli addetti all'accoglienza sempre disponibili e davvero pronti ad ogni esigenza. Una struttura che consiglio per chi ha voglia di staccare anche solo per qualche giorno. Vista mozzafiato, tranquillità e tutti i servizi necessari per rilassarsi...."abbandoni" la macchina e ti godi il mare come piace a me... Relax

hotel consigliato dalla nostra agenzia di fiducia di cui ci serviamo in famiglia , prenotato con pensione completa , ma il pranzo servito al lido , difronte all’hotel , non ci ha soddisfatto e quindi abbiamo rinunciato e usufruito della mezza pensione . le camere abbastanza pulite rifatte tutti i giorni, ottima la colazione e la cena sufficiente , quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più e’ la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale sia in sala che alla reception , ho dato 4 stelle e non 5 per il disagio del pranzo al lido … ringrazio tanto per la gentilezza

Le doy un 10 a este hotel por varios motivos pero el principal el buen trato y la cercanía del personal de recepción Muchísimas gracias por vuestra acogida, os esperamos en Madrid! Por lo demás las vistas del hotel espectaculares, es verdad que estabamos en una hacitacion de standar alto en el cuarto piso, limpia, grande y con vistas al Castillo espectaculares. En resturante de la playa del hotel muy bueno y con relación calidad precio excelente. Disfrutados de todos los platos y postres como cosa especial la granita, tanto de café como fresa y limón y almendra. Volveré.os a este pueblo de playa encantador.

Hotel with sea view on the beach in Sant'Alessio Siculo, quiet location, the railway at the back of the hotel does not disturb the night in the slightest because there are no trains. Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The view of the sea at dawn is simply priceless.

I share the opinion of those who maintain that it is not to be considered a 4-star hotel. The standard room has double mattresses still with box springs and separated. The bathroom was renovated with a step but the fixtures remained fixed before the floor was raised. When I expressed my doubts at reception I was told that if I wanted a non-separated memory foam mattress and a decent bathroom I would have to choose the superior room.

The hotel was fully booked, so they decided to stick all the singles of our group into the ‘annex’. Up a ramp and a staircase you reach your ‘room’. The ‘shower’ is 52x52 cms so you can’t even lift an arm. It’s stinky and moldy as well. The sink had not been cleaned. The mattress was so hard that I put my back out by sitting on it. The floor would have been softer to sleep on. Pillows were filed with weird lumpy foam balls. A waiter told us that these rooms were used to put up seasonal workers and had never been intended for tourists. Location is nice. Breakfast was the usual standard in Sicily. Evening meals were poor- food served cold, tiny portions, bad quality ingredients and very badly prepared. Do they actually have a cook?
