Domenica, giornata di mercato "grande", paese conosciuto e più volte visitato, ci fermiamo in 3 senza prenotazione con moglie e figlia celiache. Menù declinato a voce con preparazioni del giorno, approccio all'intolleranza da lode con cottura di pasta sg fornita e piatti fatti in casa in perfetta sincronia. Pasta fatta a mano, preparazioni semplici e veraci come solo una attenta gestione familiare può fare. Con queste premesse, anche un poco di rumore nella sala interna (amplificato dalle volte a soffitto) pare il giusto colore ad un pranzo soddisfacente. Bravi tutti.

Pernottamento di una notte col moroso, posizione incantevole proprio nel centro del bellissimo borgo. Nulla da eccepire per quanto riguarda la stanza: ampia, comoda, dotata di tutti i confort e pulitissima. Non si può purtroppo dire altrettanto del ristorante... Vista la posizione ci aspettavo di poter assaporare dei piatti tipici della regione ma ci siamo ritrovati a mangiare cotolette surgelate e questo ci è dispiaciuto un po'. Mi tocca inoltre accodarmi ad altre recensioni che lamentano il fatto che alla reception dell'hotel non c'è mai nessuno, se si ha bisogno di qualcosa bisogna passare per il ristorante, affettivamente è un pochino fastidioso ma ci si può sorvolare. Se dovessi ritrovarmi in zona probabilmente pernotterei di nuovo li ma a mangiare andrei sicuramente da un'altra parte.
