This hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, my view is it's 3 star at best but charge for a 4 star. The hotel is tired and Barcelo needs to invest in its bedrooms in particular the shower and loo cubicles. The top pool and the pool bar/restaurant needs its own bathrooms. The staff and the food are certainly the best bits of the hotel along with its location. Fantastic dive centre just 200m from the hotel.

Such lovely staff at this hotel. The pool bar food is amazing and the service was super. We were upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi, which made our break all the better. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want a little more peace than the centre of Portinatx.

The hotel is located by a nice bay. The hotel building is interesting and nice from the outside. Some things in the room would deserve renovation, but overall the accommodation was nice. The small flaws in the room (water from the shower flowed into the room, the toilet door wouldn't close) were compensated by nice views and the great food.

bon séjour, personnel courtois et gentil, buffet matin soir très bon bravo au chef cuisinier sauf les desserts salle de restauration trop de clim et quel dommage de ne pas pouvoir déjeuner ou diner à l'extérieur c'est le seul bémol concernant cet hotel donc les gens qui aiment prendre le petit dej ou diner à l'exterieur c'est pas pour eux

Ein schönes, nicht zu großes Hotel, welches durch seine Lage, das gute Essen, insbesondere an der Poolbar a la Carte und seine äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter überzeugt! Ich hatte einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Hotel allen empfehlen, die eher etwas abseits vom Treiben Ibiza erkunden und genießen wollen!

Le staff est sympa a part la femme de chambre qui m’a volé 4 bagues en argent et la personne de l’hôtel qui m’a déconseillé de porter plainte … que je n’ai biensur pas écouté. Ça m’a gâché les vacances, les bagues avait une valeurs sentimentale plus que pécuniaire.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Would recommend for couples and families. Lovely quiet little bay with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. You can also scuba, snorkel and take trips out by boat.

We were only there for a short 3 night all inclusive stay but got a room upgrade on arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. There was enough variety for us as meateaters. There was never any queue when waiting for drinks and the staff would happily give you a bottle of wine if you were planning on having several glasses. Also seemed no problem with bringing a drink back to the room. Checkout was at midday but they gave us access to a room to shower in prior to leaving and looked after our luggage. Really relaxing place to stay. I would definitely go back. My only slight criticism would be the occasional smell of drains around the pool and from the toilets in the bar area but again this wasnt all the time and not a big issue. Overall I loved staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Portinatx.

Pulizia molto carente e servizi molto carenti, da pazzi considerando il prezzo pagato. Esempi: vomito in ascensore, tappetini doccia assenti, lenzuola del letto sporche, minibar 100% vuoto durante tutta la vacanza, piatti e tazze colazione sporche, varietà del cibo a colazione molto limitata.
