Great location and friendly staff!

It is a little pricey, but the location makes it worth it. It is so convenient. Rooms can get some updating because they are kind of old. The only 2 complaints I have are the overnight parking that cost $30 a night and the gate to enter and exit the resort is broken. I read reviews from June and July that it is faulty, but thought they would fix it by August.. I feel that if we pay so much at a resort we can at least get free parking and the gate should work. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This is the oldest and worst-service Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed in. There are many less well-known but clean and refreshing hotels to choose from in the local area. This hotel is not recommended.

The room was good, big, and the bedding was comfortable. The check-in service was very long. We arrived at midnight, but we had to wait for an hour to check in. I don't know why. The weather was bad, and it was foggy. The neighborhood was old and didn't look like a vacation spot. It was far worse than Carmel. I don't recommend it at all.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. The beach is right at the door. There is a gas station and a small supermarket nearby. Breakfast is quite expensive but there is a place in the hotel where you can take away food.

The hotel is old, the greenery is average, the room facilities are average, and the cost performance is seriously lacking. It happened to be cloudy on the day I went there, with no blue sky and no sunset, which made me feel it was not worth it.

The room was shabby, the door lock and bathroom faucet were broken. When you check in at night, you have to do everything by yourself, there is no doorman. The bedding is torn

The tableware is so dirty when eating in the restaurant

It's a villa resort hotel, but no one guided me to my building. I searched for it for a long time in the dark, so the service was not enough.

When I stayed at this hotel again, I felt that the service and hygiene were worse than before. Fortunately, I got the compensation I deserved after complaining. I wonder how it feels to invite friends to stay with you?
