Great location, nice and quiet hotel, undergoing a refurb currently so could’ve been a little cleaner but all round great place to stay- breakfast was included and beautiful. Just a short walk to beach, restaurants and parks. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was absolutely amazing..great attitude from all.. only issue I would have to say is that it was noisy out in hallway and I think I can hear neighbors. Other than that everything else was great!

We stayed for only a night, but easily the best place we stayed on our 10 day trip. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but nicely kept and modernized inside. Our room and bathroom were extremely clean. The staff were kind and welcoming during every interaction I had with them. The breakfast had a lot of great options. We stayed on the ground floor, and I usually strongly prefer the 2nd floor or above, but I felt really safe. I appreciated the comfy beds, modern features, updated bathroom fixtures, and good lighting options.

Kind and attentive staff. Budget friendly and updated space with clean and nice rooms. Used to live in SB for 7 years and this place upholds the local vibe. Would definitely stay here again!!

The room was clean and staff were kind. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed! The place was not that quiet, there were some noise till late night from people talking, laughing in lobby.

I think this property is well located. We walked to the harbor, the pier and restaurants. There is a park across the street which makes for a nice view and highway 101 is just a few blocks away.

The young man at the front was extremely professional and super helpful. The lady helping with breakfast that day was super nice and clean. Fast restock on the breakfast items that were out and the food was amazing. I have never been to an inn with so many good breakfast options. The rooms were clean and it’s walkable to many areas. Highly recommend!

Excellent inn hotel ! Beautifully and tastefully upgraded! Staff is friendly, breakfast very good, walkable to shops, Beach, wharf, restaurants it , and many other night time!! Would definitely return and recommend!!

We stayed at most of the hotels in the area and this one is pretty good for the 2 day stay we had! We will stay here next time for sure. 2 blocks to the harbor and about 3-4 blocks to sterns pier and state st. The breakfast was plenty and I ate very well if you know what I mean!

Staff at the Hotel were friendly, helpful and Courteous. Renovated rooms were nice, beds comforatable. The included breakfast was good to start to the day. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, park across the street with tennis and pickleball. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by including State St and Funk Zone.
