Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

One trip over one month I stayed in 10 hotels and this was absolutely the best! I got the ocean view room that came with a huge balcony and huge bathroom as well. Very luxurious hotel, great location, nice staff and very comfortable. The only thing I would ask for is having a coffee machine in each rooms, or at least in the upgraded rooms! Highly recommend!!

The hotel is really beautiful and tasteful. The rooms are standard but the bathroom is quite big. The hotel is in a good location although it is not in the busiest dock area. I like it very much and will choose it next time.

The hotel rooms are larger, the twin rooms are larger and the beds are larger and more comfortable. Free coffee is served in the hotel lobby before 10 o'clock every morning, which is very popular.
