Santa Clara Hotels with Wi-Fi

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the motel/surrounding area were very quiet. The staff support was also great check in and out were very easy. I was mostly was in my room just to sleep and change clothing, this was a work trip for me, so I didn’t use every amenity on site.

Stayed 3 nights here for my business trip in Sunnyvale. I completely agree with other reviewers. The facility is really outdated and is in poor condition. This hotel is not a usual Quality Inn you may expect. Here are some pros and cons: PROS (1) Location: The hotel locates in the Korea town in Santa Clara. Many Korean restaurants are within walking distance including HongKong BanJum (Chinese style) and Sushi-O-Sushi (Japense style). (2) Internet: The connectivity and speed of WiFi were all good (better than similar level chain hotels) (3) Room Rate: The room rate is $30 ~ 50 cheaper than nearby similar level chain hotels (4) Friendly front-desk staffs (5) No daily house-keeping: Some may not like this, but I liked it. Considering the on-going pandemic situation, I liked that no one else walked into my room while I was staying CONS: (1) Facility: One of the worst hotels (in terms of facility) amongst I have stayed in the U.S. - Small parking space; - Outdated in-room stuffs (furniture, microwave, refrigerator, bath tub, etc ...); - My room was non-smoking room but I had very strong cigarette smell as soon as I entered the room; - Poor room-to-room sound proof. - Room was not clean enough. I usually remove my shoes inside room, but I couldn't do that here. (2) Simple breakfast: Waffle maker, toast, 3 types of cereals, milk, coffee, orange juice, muffin, yogurt, apple, ... (3) Room Rate: This hotel is cheaper than many others in Silicon Valley, but I think the rate is a little too high considering the quality of room.

I booked a two night stay for a local conference here about four months ago. The rate was an advanced purchase, but I wasn't charged at the time of booking. A week ago, I was charged the full rate for the two days, which was 17 days before check-in. Four days AFTER, I canceled the booking due to a cancellation of the event I was attending. I was confused about the timing of the charge and called customer service to get an explanation that I could pass on to my manager with my reimbursement request. Unfortunately the call experience was just awful. The answers the rep gave me didn't make a lot of sense, but when I tried to question what she was saying, she kept interrupting and talking over me and when I said ”please let me finish”, she actually told me not to be rude! She reasoned I would have been charged the same amount upon cancellation anyway, so what did it matter. That wasn't what I was asking though. I explained that all I needed was to understand the timing and their documentation could be improved. An answer like ”I'm sorry your experience wasn't the best, thank you for your feedback, I'll make sure this gets to the appropriate team” would have been satisfactory, but that's not how the call went at all. I don't have an issue with the charge itself. I understand I booked a pre-paid nonrefundable rate. I never asked for a refund or to dispute the charge itself. I could have dealt with the lack of information on the confirmations. But it's absolutely inexcusable to offer poor customer service on top of that and to call your customers rude. Never ever staying here and will tell my friends who attend nearby events to avoid this place.

Spacious room with a nice town view. Well decorated reception and professional concierge that created a memorable experience. Close proximity to shops. Conveniently located near San Jose International airport just a 10 minute drive away.

I live in Room 1002 this time. First of all, the air conditioner is very loud. After I turned it off, there is still a lot of engine-like noise inside or outside the room. This is seriously inconsistent with the image of the hotel. It also seriously affected my rest. The rest of the hotel is very well done. The sheets, pillows, and bathrooms are all very good.

My office is very close by so this is the preferred hotel when we come into the office. I've stayed at AC Brand hotels a few times and like them. This hotel was great. Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful! Great lobby bar with a very talented mixologist, was not expecting that in a hotel bar! Breakfast was included in my rate and was super healthy and very tasty. Choice of a healthy egg entree with a breakfast buffet filled with healthy options including yogurt, fruit, juices and whole grain breads. My room was super spacious with a king size bed and a large banquette type couch. A nice desk area with lots of light. My bathroom was a completely closed space, but a colleague had a completely open bathroom with frosted shower and toilet doors which I thought was strange and probably not the best if traveling with kids or with family. I was on the freeway side of the building and was not bothered by the noise of the road, but another colleague was, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the other side of the building. Thanks for a great stay! Will be happy to come back.

We had a busy weekend lined up, class reunion on Saturday, giants game on Sunday and 49er game on Monday. Staff was great. We did not eat but one meal at the hotel, price is too high for the elderly and really not enough selections. Staff was great and very helpful especially Claudia who was there everyday of our stay, we even arrived one day earlier then expected and was able to get the same room for far less then the weekend due to game day up grades.

Service is always great. The property is always kept clean. Rooms are always clean, beds are very comfortable. Some rooms do have a stove top and equipped with dishes, pots & pans. There is a $15 parking fee. 😕. Or park for free on the street.

Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.

Hotel location is good, not far from the airport, free parking, rooms are large, but there is no lift on the second floor, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is good, hot water and big bed like
