Great little hotel in the city center, rooms are very comfortable, AC works great, it is nice and quiet, and you can walk to all the attractions within the city center. Beds are very comfortable and very good water pressure, all the things important to me. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and it was wonderful. Selection of eggs, bacon, cheese, fresh fruit, orange juice, and coffee. All made fresh order. Mostly English speaking guests when I was here, and most of the staff speak english, which is helpful if your Spanish is poor like mine.

Si dà arie da boutique hotel spargendo oggetti di modernariato tra hall e camere ma in effetti è un albergo di medio/buon livello che ha conosciuto tempi migliori (a giudicare dalla entusiastica recensione di Lonely Planet). In ogni modo, considerata la posizione rispetto al centro di Santa Cruz, è senz’altro un hotel consigliabile, evitando le due camere una a piano terra l’altra al primo piano con una parete tutta a vetri sul patio, perché è come essere in vetrina. Colazione non entusiasmante. Wi-Fi ben funzionante ovunque nella struttura. Perdonale gentile ed efficace nei problemi.

Cosmopolitano Hotel es un hotel boutique, pequeño, con pocas habitaciones y atención personalizada. Su decoración es muy cálida y llena de detalles. La habitación muy cómoda, con un amplio baño y balcón. Está en pleno centro a 3 cuadras de la plaza. Me sentí muy seguro alojando aquí. El desayuno muy bueno, servido a la mesa. Incluía: café, pan, mermelada, huevos, yogurt, fruta y jugo. Justo al lado, hay una cafetería que es parte del hotel, con una hermosa terraza interior. Totalmente recomendable, si se quiere explorar el centro histórico de Santa Cruz.

Pros: Close to the main square Very stylish and modern rooms with comfortable beds, A/C, and two shower heads! Good breakfast with excellent coffee High speed WiFi Helpful and attentive staff, they were able to accommodate a last minute late check out request. Cons: The check in process was not smooth as the hotel hosts a restaurant in its lobby and there is no check in desk. It is unclear when you step in where are you supposed to be. A dedicated hotel guest space would be recommended as there is also no room to wait with bags in middle of the restaurant The pool is nice but the location is not great. It is located at the lobby level where the restaurant patrons are seated.

I don't think I've ever been in a hotel with kinder, more attentive service. The breakfast was just right - eggs, fresh fruit, bread, a yogurt parfait and fresh strawberry jam! There's an adjoining cafe that has great pastries, coffees, sandwiches and so forth. My tiny complaint is that there were no drawers or closets in my room. But I did have a lovely secluded balcony overlooking the street, and all the other amenities in the room were great.

Lovely hotel in Santa Cruz - with lovely staff who gave us great recommendations and were so helpful. Breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed our time in this hotel and would really recommend it for anyone visiting Santa Cruz. Very cute little spot.

Muy buena ubicación, son pocas personas, la cafetería muy buena con variedad de productos. Muy serviciales, en recepción para ayudarte en lo que se requiera, la lavandería es muy rápida. Todo limpio, la pileta ayuda a refrescarse cuando vuelves de caminar.

I stayed at the Cosmopolitano for three nights and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and I could always find at least one person (and usually more) who spoke English. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was a 5 min walk to the plaza.
