El día que llegamos (viernes 17) hacia mucho frío. La calefacción central no estaba encendida. Los aires acondicionados de las piezas no era suficiente para calefacción. Pasamos mucho frío en todo el hotel.

Una excelente experiencia. Desde la atención en Santiago con Dominique, hasta la cordinación con Marilú en el Hotel. Todo excelente, limpio, coordinado, muy atento el personal. Personal joven con muchas ganas de servir con excelencia. totalmente recomendado. Es una experiencia sublime. El museo, las habitaciones, la decoración, el paisajismo. Todo. Felicitaciones.

Quedamos con mi marido y nuestra pequeña hija Laura maravillados, no conociamos Santa Cruz, y fue lejos la mejor experiencia que hemos pasado, fue genial, disfrutamos mucho, nos falto tiempo para haber recorrido más lugares, los museos a otro nivel, muy interesantes, nos falto tiempo para seguir recorriendolos y tuvimos el honor además de conocer a Don Carlos Cardoen y le pedi autografiar un libro de su autoria. Esperamos volver en otra oportunodad de todas maneras.

La atención del personal es excelente, limpieza, y comodidad del hotel la calefacción del dormitorio muy buena y la buena comida de su restaurante. También es muy cómodo el sector de masajes, y el personal a cargo muy amable. Los alrededores del hotel a parte de estar muy central está todo cerca los bancos la plaza etc

The hotel feels outdated and the bathroom is the worst. I feel I am owed a huge apology by the management and the staff at the reception desk. Today is August 15 2024, my husband and I spent two nights at this hotel in room 221. The first night was uneventful but last night, without any regards for the guests, the hotel began to have construction work that began before 9:00 pm and ended after 2:00 am. The phone in our room didn’t work so calling the reception desk was not possible. After hours of agony with the most horrible construction work noise I had to dress and go downstairs to the reception to speak with an employee that said to had no idea what was going on. Let me mention that the hotel was almost empty. The hotel had two separate buildings. I don’t understand if construction is going on how we can be given a room right next to the construction. No explanation, no apologies at checkout. Total lack of consideration, common courtesy, and lack of empathy. This shows a hotel run by people that don’t care about their customers. I believe that mistake happen, but when they happen empathy and courtesy is the least that can be expected. I truly don’t recommend this place, not only for the need of renovation in the rooms but for the lack of customer service on the employees at the reception desk and the poor management

Excelente experiencia en Cata de Vino con la Sommelier Alyn del Hotel Santa Cruz. Vinos de pequeños productores de la zona: D Nico (Chardonay) / Picaflor (Carmenare) / Cóndor (Cabernet Savingnon) y Alchemy (ensamble: Carmenere, Cabernet, Malbec, Syrah). Muy buena explicación, excelente maridaje y con una atención estupenda. Recomendado 100% para quienes visiten la zona, sin necesidad de moverte del lugar o en un horario y día no hábil.

Todo excelente salvo lo relativo a cobros. Los cobros son poco transparentes. Supuestamente existe una oferta de 2 x 3 de domingo a jueves (adjunto captura de instagram) donde la noche sale $133.000. Al reservar llega un correo por un valor de 298 dólares (que ya no respeta la oferta de instagram). Finalmente en el hotel te cobran los 298 dólares pero además agregan el IVA (a pesar que en instagram dice que está incluido). En conclusión, las 3 noches salen por $336.000 aproximadamente, por lo tanto, la oferta no existe.

Viajé en familia, incluido dos niños En general es un hotel precioso, con decoración colonial, el personal del resturant vestido de huaso, la comida es buenísima, muy tradicional, y con música folclórica en vivo, incluso al desayuno, punto a favor. Las habitaciones cómodas, con el servicio justo para estar a gusto, cafetera, frigobar, caja fuerte y set de baño; lo malo (nos alojamos hacia el lado de la calle) se siente el ruido de los vehículos. Como datos prácticos, tiene acceso directo al Museo de Colchagua (imperdible), acceso al ******, que también está al lado, tiene zona de niños e incluso ofrecen servicio de niñera y tiene su propia agencia para tours. El personal muy amable y dispuesto. El único punto en contra: Nuestro viaje a este hotel fue principalmente por la piscina techada, lástima que no se puede ocupar todo el día, solo te dejan ocuparla una hora al día y hay que reservar (esa información no esta en la página web) y, si bien tiene buena temperatura usan demasiado cloro, duelen los ojos al poco rato de estar ahí, podrían utilizar otro producto.
