O piso da piscina e péssimo, tem piso todo desnivelado. Com vários parafusos soltos, me magoei duas vezes nos pés. E preciso ter muito cuidado!!. As cadeiras que estavam na varanda eram velhas e tinham muita ferrugem. No primeiro dia que chegamos ao hotel , sentamos a varanda no final do dia. E cadeira estava tão podre que se partiu. Bati com a cabeça na parede!! Alertei a funcionária da recepção no dia seguinte e me trocaram as cadeiras . Simplesmente a funcionária me pergunta se me tinha magoado, nada mais. Pequeno almoço, fica muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas . Chegamos ao pequeno almoço às 9.45h não tinha ovos mexidos , só havia dois croissant, e meio pão escuro. Os sumos tinham um sabor esquisito, não eram naturais. Havia duas frutas, melancia e pêssego enlatado. O que salvou essa estadia de dois dias foi a senhora da recepção que era muito simpática. Num futuro não voltaremos cá. Pelo preço qualidade.

Hotel agradável numa ilha com poucas soluções hoteleiras. O espaço é simpático, com quartos de bom nível correspondentes a um 4 estrelas. Pequeno almoço bonzito com o necessário. Atendimento simpático embora algo lento no check in Como ponto negativo o facto de terem deixado as toalhas de banho molhadas, dobradas, para uso no dia seguinte.

Advertising of restaurant but was closed for lunch and dinner. Not informed prior to arrival. Quality of breakfast poor. Advertised jacuzzi/ hot tub but not exist. Sauna not work

The hotel is so nice, clean, quiet, equipped, staff friendly. There were not a lot of guests and hotel restaurant is open only for breakfast since winter is approaching but we had a good time. The room, with the bathroom, balcony were very comfortable, with all our needed amenities. Breakfast was also good with hot food, fresh fruits, bread and pastries, coffee and juice well provided. Checkin and checkout were quick. We had one problem about the sink not draining as fast, but they were receptive when we reported it. Nice hotel to stay in Graciosa, 15-20 mins nice walk to Santa Cruz center to get some delicious food.

Arrived early around noon and were told we could not have our room until 4. They said they were full and vey busy. Hotel was empty for the 2 days we were there.they gave us a room overlooking the parking lot and even though the hotel was empty wouldn’t give us a room that looked towards the ocean without charging another 39 euros a a night, the restaurant was closed, limited staff and an old moldy smell that they covered with some sort of smelling oil or cleaner. The room was clean. The hallways are dark on a sensor that turns lights on when you get to it. The gym had old Ruth at was mostly it working. Would never go back.

Location and hotel are good for the circumstances. Human interaction will have to evolve and some hotel rules will have to evolve. With Check-in at 4:00 pm, as the minimum entry time, there is no attention to the customer, as happens in other hotels.
