Terrible experience at front desk arriving on August 18th the man at the desk was very unprofessional and looked miserable even answering basic hotel questions. Arriving early is common in hotel, the guy at the desk whose name I did not bother remembering seemed to have a problem when people asked him to check in early. No hotel information was extended the man just stayed glued to the screen and would continue to tell us no for every answer. I asked him if he was okay as myself and a few of my colleagues noticed the attitude. The man replied very cold and dismissive completely unacceptable behavior for a hospitality business. When asked for a manager we were told it was just him, no more assistance was extended, we were never notified of the rooms being ready nothing. I’m Not sure if the staff is generally unhappy here but nobody greeted us, no one smiled in the mornings for breakfast everyone just seemed unhappy here. Totally soured the experience for the group. The rooms were also very badly maintained, light switches damaged, hair all over room, food crumbs still left by bedsides and stained sheets. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, definitely will be letting any colleague and review website about my experience here. Retrain your staff on customer service, or hire people who actually perform well and care about their job, not the poor mannered and lazy staff currently operating in that hotel.
