This is a good experience about my travel in Santa Cruz. I have a holiday with my family. We have five people, my parents, my wife and my daughter the first day the first day we come here is late at night, but I think the service is very good and a lot of convenient very convenient information About this area, for example how to eat how to shopping and how to visit something I think so three days of the last day the old lady I think she retired and she still work. I think she’s very happy to service everybody so I think that that and Polaris now is good .

I felt the motel was kept up very well and noticed constant cleaning of property by staff. Site has a nice feel different from standard hotel rooms. Site is located in a decent area with nice deli type restaurant and bar directly across street.

Awesome hotel ! The room was great, the service, the breakfast, the location. There were several restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Only issue, some of the parking spots were tight. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and will make this our hotel of choice every time we go to Santa Cruz.

Terrible experience at front desk arriving on August 18th the man at the desk was very unprofessional and looked miserable even answering basic hotel questions. Arriving early is common in hotel, the guy at the desk whose name I did not bother remembering seemed to have a problem when people asked him to check in early. No hotel information was extended the man just stayed glued to the screen and would continue to tell us no for every answer. I asked him if he was okay as myself and a few of my colleagues noticed the attitude. The man replied very cold and dismissive completely unacceptable behavior for a hospitality business. When asked for a manager we were told it was just him, no more assistance was extended, we were never notified of the rooms being ready nothing. I’m Not sure if the staff is generally unhappy here but nobody greeted us, no one smiled in the mornings for breakfast everyone just seemed unhappy here. Totally soured the experience for the group. The rooms were also very badly maintained, light switches damaged, hair all over room, food crumbs still left by bedsides and stained sheets. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, definitely will be letting any colleague and review website about my experience here. Retrain your staff on customer service, or hire people who actually perform well and care about their job, not the poor mannered and lazy staff currently operating in that hotel.

First time staying at the All Suites Inn Santa Cruz. It was partial business partial pleasure. The rooms are accommodating and comfortable as well as the hotel being centrally located to everything available within walking distance. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Jessica was onsite for our arrival and helped combine several reservations into one eliminating the need to change rooms. Roberto was a Life Saver as my wife needed eye makeup remover early the next morning after our arrival, as well as my forgetting a charging cord for my iPhone. Roberto was quick to help solve both issues! Overall excellent experience.
