No váyan! Quisimos cambiar de fecha y no quisieron. Nos cobraron todas las noches aunque no hayamos estado. La persona en el teléfono dice que no puede hacer nada pues no es el gerente . Y cuando mandamos mail no responden siempre. No lo aconsejo

Staff were excellent especially Carlos and elias the girl cooking in the kitchen was a good cook an worked hard we had a l9vely room (203) location was great rooms were spotless well done all at santa faz my partner lost his phone and staff were so helpful to retrieve it back will definitely return .

This hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Town. It's about 2 minutes from the 'Walking Street' [Paseo de la Carretera], the Church [Església de Sant Jaume i Santa Anna], and about 5 minutes from the Levante Beach area. The hotel is best described as basic/budget, yet perfectly functional, clean and adequate. The check-in process was friendly, simple and straightforward. The double room [with spare single bed] was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning/heating, a small TV [no UK channels] and a safe which which can be rented for €3 per day. A small balcony overlooked the narrow Carrer de Santa Fac. The bathroom included a 3/4 size bath with shower over and oodles of very hot water. The room was serviced on a daily basis and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was served from 08:30-10:30 in the dining room. We arrived around 09.30, by which time the hot food [eggs, bacon, beans etc] was lukewarm and unappetising. However, also on offer were cereals, bread [+ toaster] pastries and a selection of cold meats/cheese. The coffee machine delivered a lovely cup of fresh bean coffee. Given the proximity of nearby bars and clubs [some closing at 2am and 4am], don't be surprised by street noise from revellers below! Best to either join then or take ear plugs!! Given the excellent price-point and overall quality of Hotel Santa Faz, I'd recommend it without hesitation and would definitely return.

Excelente! Muy buen trato y muy educados. Se agradece mucho que en estos tiempos siga habiendo gente así. Muy bien ubicado y merece muchísimo la pensión completa. El servicio de limpieza muy bueno. Volveré pronto.

Trabajadores profesionales, muy amables y serviciales. Al tanto de toda necesidad las 24h. La pension completa estupenda, sin tener que preocuparse de coger mesa, muy limpias y comida de todo tipo. La comida excelente caliente y desayunos variados. La limpieza de las habitaciones impoluta, y los trabajadores muy responsables y carismáticos.

Lugar muy acogedor con un personal muy atento y amable. En cuanto a la comida, muy buena. Mejor ubicación imposible, calle muy poco ruidosa y tranquila. Relación calidad y precio excelente. Sin duda, sitio para repetir!

Muy buen trato y calidad precio excelente.Esta a pie de las dos playas y proporciona ayuda para hacer cualquier tipo de excursión. El trato del personal muy bueno y cualquier cosa que se necesita siempre van a intentar ayudarte. Una experiencia muy buena para pasar en verano ya que tiene aire acondicionado,muy buenos servicio y la comida muy rica y con buffet. Lugar seguro,tranquilo y respetuoso un placer haberme alojado en este lugar, estoy segura de que repatiré.
