Cumple en todo, cordialidad, ambientación, servicio, ubicación. Hace que la estadía sea aún mejor de lo que puedes esperar. La limpieza y el orden son predominante, en un ambiente muy cálido y de excelente nivel. Una perfecta relación calidad y precio

J’ai passé 4 nuits à l’Hotel qui est dans le centre et très près de la mer. L’accueil est très agréable et le personnel de la réception est très serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner dans une très jolie salle. Chambre spacieuse du style vielle Italie, un peu baroque. La seule chose qui laisse à désirer est la propreté de la chambre. Des taches sur les tables , beaucoup de poussière , la lumière de la salle de bain ne marche pas et le réparateur n’a pas trouver d’ampoules adapté pendant tous le séjour. Le lit n’était pas fait correctement et quand j’ai demandé à la femme de chambre le 2 jour ,elle ma répondu que le soir je le défait le lit de toute façon.

We have stayed at Hotel Jolanda many times over the past 14 years. We continue to come back because we like that it is a boutique hotel and in a very convenient location. We had a junior suite and it was fantastic. Breakfast is OK with a reasonable selection. Quality was average. We had always previously being very happy with the staff. This was the longer the case. Two men at the desk were not friendly during check-in and failed to greet us any time we walked by, even when we greeted them. The lady who was at the desk when we left was very pleasant and helpful. We also used the valet parking service, which is great, although the valet himself not pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, but having staff that seem to care about the guests a little more would’ve made this a great stay

100% conforme con este hotel. Cuando uno llega a la estacion de tren de Santa Margherita de Ligure, se encuentra con indicaciones de como llegar a este hotel. Ubicacion 10/10, no solo queda cerca de la estacion de tren, sino que tambien cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la parada de colectivo que te lleva hacia Portofino. Atención 9/10, todos los trabajadores muy gentiles y atentos, hablan ingles y algunos tambien español! El hotel muy limpio y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Puede incluir desayuno, este tiene un servicio de buffet con varias opciones tanto dulce como salada, ofrecen comida sin gluten. A pesar de ser un hotel 3 estrellas, desde que ingresamos hasta que nos fuimos sentimos como si estuviéramos en uno de 5!

Amazing staff! We were just passing through the town because of bad weather and they went above and beyond with helping us. They helped book a taxi and even though the kitchen was closed they got us food. I can’t begin to explain how incredibly well they treated us and didn’t have to! Grateful for them plus it’s gorgeous property.

L'hôtel est bien situé, chambre spacieuse, petit-déjeuner bien garni et varié proposant des produits sans gluten. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant dans son ensemble excepté un réceptionniste grand et grisonnant qui est limite désagréable, s'énerve facilement quand nous manifestons notre étonnement ou mécontentement sur les services, manque de professionnalisme (prends ma voiture pour la garer dans une cour donnant sur la rue, portail ouvert tout comme les portes de ma voiture qui se trouve à la portée de tous et où j'ai pu rentrer sans que personne ne s'en aperçoive). Pour rappel à ce monsieur, je paie un service de voiturier à 23€/jour et je suis en droit de savoir ma voiture en sécurité et de la laisser en toute tranquillité. Et également sans me soucier de risquer d'avoir une amende car obligée de se garer en warning en double-file car les places devant l'hôtel peuvent être occupées pendant plus de 30mn! Aucune serviettes également au retour dans la chambre en fin de journée qu'il a fallu réclamer. Certaines prestations sont à revoir pour être digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Charming hotel with an excellent staff. We stayed for one night, came to the hotel and checked in our rooms. One of the rooms had a broken a/c. The front desk told us to carry on with our day and go out like we wanted to and they will fix it. We wanted to go to the beach and asked for beach towels, we had no 5 euros on us for the security deposit and offered to pay in American dollars and they said it’s okay no need to pay but please bring them back and have us the towels and when they saw that we had no beach bag they gave us the towels on a beach bag. We came back to a different room because they couldn’t fix the ac in the first room. They sent a staff member to help us move our luggage. The second room had a broken ac as well so we told them on our way out and when we came back at the end of the night they told us to go check and if we need a new room we can leave our luggage in the room and just go sleep in a new room that has a good ac! They were very accommodating and eager to please. The breakfast was good. Loved the staff and how kind they were. We will be back God willing.
