I took the room in the dependance structure: practically the ground floor of an adjacent building. Ridiculous and obscene for a 5* from 280 euros per night. They don't have parking, but they park cars along the internal road. Never again

Rude Staff not welcoming at all, upcharging for everything including charging 30Euro for small kids for breakfast and kids not welcome to use pool on property, will not be going back, there were many other nice places did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

I parked on a public road, yet the hotel charged me 30 euros for parking. Booking had already collected the taxes, but the hotel demanded an extra 10 euros as a city tax. Upon entering the room, the shower was broken, covered in limescale, and there was a strong smell of damp and mold. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Very nice hotel with lovely location near train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights. However, extremely disappointed , as pool and spa lovers, to be asked to pay €50 per person extra for each visit to their facility. Never had to pay extra for such a service in any hotel we’ve stayed in before.

Parliamo di 5 Stelle? Si pagano le Stelle? Ci siamo recati in questa struttura per una notte, rientrando dalla Costa Azzurra ed abbiamo trovato questa pessima sorpresa. - Costo da 5 stelle (ma la realtà corrisponde ad 1 Stella) - odore malefico nei corridoi - stanza con Jacuzzi privata (la quale era sporca ed esposta alla vista di tutti) - parcheggio extra - finestra della camera non funzionante - colazione molto easy (da Motel non da 5 stelle) e L’80% delle cose sono extra - servizio pessimo (non affatto corrispondente ad un 5 stelle) Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non cadete nella trappola.
