The place is truly magical - the service is exceptional. Would highly recommend for couples looking for an intimate getaway. It's tucked away just outside the main tourist drag of Puerto. The location makes you feel as if you are in your own personal oasis with a gorgeous, more private beach and exceptional staff.

Superb place to relax for 3 days. The hotel decor in the rooms and around the hotel was stunning. The pool was a highlight and we spent a lot of time sitting by it. As there are only a small number of rooms in the hotel we often had the pool to ourself. The food was excellent and the service from all the staff was fabulous. The beach itself is very wild and not swimmable but there is a glorious swimming beach at Carrizalillo about 20 minutes away by taxi.

I don’t even know where to start. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, we were treated with kindness and the best hospitality. I normally don’t take the time to even write reviews but this place definitely deserves it. Apart from how beautiful the suites are, the food is also amazing. I have nothing but great things to say. The staff from Casona Sforza all so generous and welcoming. Thank you for helping me make my boyfriend’s birthday the best one (his words) 😉 10/10 5 stars.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Casona Sforza, Karen y Roberto! nos recibieron muy amables y de la mejor manera quedamos muy contentos. Su servicio, atención y los detalles, nos escantó su sorpresa muchas gracias! Y en cuanto al hotel perfecto para descansar y relajarse, disfrutamos la comida, el bar y las instalaciones. Muchas gracias a Lalo, Guillermo y el personal que nos atendió si duda volveríamos a hospedarnos con ustedes!

Staying here was the best ever! Would recommend to anyone looking for luxurious, relaxing and welcoming environment. It’s a small hotel, the service is so personal, it shows the staff really care. The restaurant is TO DIE FOR. Will be back!

El camino no es lo mas amigable, hicimos reservación para comer 6 personas 4 adultos y 2 menores, pero cuando finalmente llegamos nos encontramos con que los niños no pueden pasar, ya que el lugar no acepta menores, (condición, que no se especifica en ningún lugar, si no que te es informada en la puerta del lugar) por lo que con hambre y molestía tuvimos que buscar otro lugar, por lo que un lugar que parecia increíble termino siendo una total decepción.

Increible experiencia el hospedarse en este hotel, el manejo al huésped es muy personalizado y el personal se esmera en dejar huella en su atención. El personal hace fácil cualquier requerimiento que los huéspedes realicen, volvería a este hotel.

El hotel está bien pero considero que la relación calidad-precio no es justa. Fuimos por una semana y este es un hotel para una o dos noches. El menú del restaurante es limitado, el bar cierra muy temprano, la playa es solo para verla porque no se puede nadar, a la llegada te dicen que solo metas los pies y no más. Y por último me decepcionaron mucho al check out, ya que compré los productos de Pueblo del Sol y al llegar a mi casa y probarlos estaban rancios!! Las botellas tenían grumos. Escribi para decirles y me contestaron que me regresara y me los cambiaban. Yo estaba a 8 horas de distancia. Después me dijeron que iban a verificar para hacerme un reembolso o cambio pero pasaron semanas y semanas y nadie me volvió a contactar para dar solución. Nuestra estancia fue aproximadamente de 3000 dólares y ni siquiera pudieron tener la atención de enviar una botella en cortesía o hacer algo para remediarlo. Las tres botellas costaron 1000 pesos que se fueron a la basura. Ese no es un servicio de un hotel del nivel que dicen tener.

If you're drawn to intriguing architecture, this place will catch your eye. But behind the charming facade lie basic rooms, poor amenities, and rude management. None of the shutters in the rooms have insulation, so even with air conditioning, the hot, humid air seeps in, making it impossible to sleep. There's no fridge or coffee maker, and only cheap towels are provided. During my stay, I had to change rooms. Instead of transferring my belongings, my personal items and clothes were shoved into bin bags and left for hours in the scorching heat. The entire experience was frustrating and disrespectful and I had to leave the hotel half way through my stay. Avoid this place if you value comfort and good service.
