Well located host with small free parking in front, clean room with balcony. Dirty pool, no bottle or snack dispensers. Average breakfast.

Bel hôtel en façade. Notre chambre était située à l'arrière de l'établissement. Nous avions une terrasse avec table et chaises. Avec 2 caissons de climatiseur. Donc la nuit était bruyante à cause des moteurs de la clim. Plus le ramassage des ordures par le camion benne à 5 heures du matin. Bref, nuit infernal. Au petit déjeuner les jus de fruits avaient un gout synthétique, un gout de boissons industriels en poudre. Ce n'était pas bon. Le lit n'était pas confortable. La piscine était petite et mal entretenue, beaucoup d'insectes morts et autres. L'eau était trouble, cela ne donnait pas envie de faire un plongeon.

Conheço Castelo de Vide desde criança e tenho as melhores recordações. Já fiquei no vosso hotel diversas vezes, achando sempre bastante agradável e com uma boa relação qualidade/preço. Lamentavelmente, desta vez não posso dizer o mesmo. Hotel degradado, camas barulhentas e pouco confortáveis. Pequeno-almoço básico e com funcionários que apesar de não serem indelicados, necessitam de ser mais cuidadosos e simpáticos. Pouco cuidado e controle dos clientes, com crianças e pais aos berros pelos corredores e com portas dos quartos abertas. Todos entendemos crianças, mas não se entende que os pais fizesses ainda mais barulho e que em momento algum houvesse intervenção do staff do hotel. Com muita pena minha, seguro de que regressarei a Castelo de Vide, mas não será certamente no vosso hotel.

melhorar os canais TV, QUARTO COM DECORAÇÃO MUITO INTERESSANTE, melhorar o sistema de trancar porta do quarto , melhorar a qualidade dos sumos ao pequeno almoço, pessoal muito simpático e prestável , faz falta um frigorifico no quarto, ou um termos com agua fresca

Hotel muito bem situado, com espaços verdes em frente muito agradáveis, espaços dentro do hotel também bons. Acho que o grupo gerente desta rede de hotéis deveria prestar mais atenção á localização e espaços deste hotel e dar um up ao mesmo pois está a ficar bastante degradado, o que é uma pena. Outra coisa a melhorar os pequenos almoços. Numa terra onde o pão é maravilhoso não o ter ao pequeno almoço é uma pena, os doces são bastante duros, é preferível ter menos variedade e mais qualidade, as tostas de supermercado era escusado estarem lá o café com leite também não é grande coisa e os sumos . No geral hotel simpático, mas,com muitas capacidades para melhorar, assim queiram os seus gestores.

Stayed here for one night on a long day trip and it was very cute and typically portuguese. I would stay here again especially for what you get for the price it is a steal. A very cute town with many cute towns around it, really good place to rest on a road trip. I would stay again

Worked out for me who were Travelling alone for two nights. Great location, easy to find, next to a pretty city park and a couple of blocks from the historical core. Easy street parking by the hotel’s front door. Comfortable room and bathroom. The whole facility needs serious modernization as all looks (and is) old and worn out. Very lousy breakfast. The pool is tiny and I never saw anyone using it.
