Friendly staff and clean hotel, we had dinner at the hotel dining room and every course was excellent, the hand made ravioli and sauce was exceptional and i highly recommend to try it. I would definitely stay here again, also the hotel meals and drinks very reasonable they have mainly locals there so that says something about the place

Room is super clean and excellently furnished.
Location is perfect which is just opposite the train station. Receptionist is so kind to provide packed breakfast for us coz we have to check out very early.

Dovevo pernottare con mia moglie solo una notte, ma causa forza maggiore, siamo rimasti 3 giorni. Albergo pulitissimo. Buono il ristorante. Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ma la vera forza è la gestione familiare. I proprietari sono stati oltremodo gentilissimi e soprattutto umani in un momento di grande difficoltà di salute di mia moglie. Ricorderemo queste persone sempre con riconoscenza e affetto. Gigi

Hotel con parcheggio in eccezionale posizione x spostarsi (campo base). Camera pulitissima e ben attrezzata con ampio terrazzo. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Ottima colazione. Bei tavoli esterni del bar. Possibilità di pranzare/cenare. Personale squisito, disponibile e sorridente. Prezzi ok

In un'epoca in cui taluni operatori esigono pagamenti anticipati all'atto della prenotazione, il signor Walter Nasini accetta la nostra prenotazione dell'ultimo momento, al telefono, senza pretendere nulla, con un'affabilità che ci fa sentire subito come vecchi clienti. Tale sensazione si conferma al nostro arrivo e si accentua durante il soggiorno, in questa struttura a conduzione familiare, dal sapore antico (valga per tutti la splendida scala in Pietra di Trani, perfettamente conservata) ma con finiture e 'facilities' moderne. La ristorazione di qualità e varietà decisamente alte, le pulizie impeccabili, la posizione strategica per la visita di Assisi, completano la piacevole scoperta di un luogo in cui tornare sicuramente.

On the occasion of the G.I.R.F. assembly 2024 which was held in this structure, I had the opportunity to stay overnight, as well as have lunch and dinner. There is the availability of a spacious and comfortable room for meetings and conferences. The hotel with adjoining restaurant, also equipped with parking spaces available to customers, is located 50 meters from the train station. Therefore, an excellent position for visiting Assisi as there is a bus service at optimal intervals from the station square. Perfect solution also for those who want to avoid taking the car for the above visits. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The rich and varied buffet breakfast. The restaurant offers a good choice of excellent typical Umbrian dishes. Personal, courteous, competent and efficient. Prices normal. Consequently, the structure is definitely recommended.
