Loved the hotel. They upgraded me to a bigger room. Breakfast was nice and the entire staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 10 nights in April and enjoyed every minute of it. I'm a wheelchair user and the accessible room on the 2nd floor was perfect - an acessible shower with drop down seat, a sink I could fit my chair beneath and grab rails in all the right places. The room was large, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with the bed high enough for easy wheelchair/bed transfer. Views of Mt Etna from the balcony is an absolute bonus. Breakfast is table service - plentiful and always served with a smile. We ate dinner here most nights. The menu was varied with everything cooked to perfection and served promptly by very pleasant and professional staff. The staff always made us feel valued and communication was never a problem, despite our poor attempt at Italian pronounciation! The hotel director was always there to greet us with a smile each morning, evening and every time we passed though the hotel lobby, no matter what time of day. A personal service that made us feel very welcome. You do need a car to stay here as it's a little way out of Catania, but we chose this hotel partly for that reason. No traffic to contend with each morning and evening. I 100% recommend Hotel Paradise and would definitely stay again when in Sicily.

Fuera en HL Paradise con mi familia, el equipo de animación es excelente por su forma de ayudar a la gente sacarnos una sonrisa, tiene actividades tanto por la mañana como por la tarde, nos manteniéndonos entretenidos durante nuestra estancia allí. A nice hotel family owned and on site 20 hrs a day. The food is good and you are treated like royalty. The breakfast is awesome! The beds are comfortable and clean! The view of Mt Etna is right outside of the back of the hotel and our room. After 4 nights it felt like home.

We didn't like the breakfast set-up:
No buffet breakfast, you have to order your breakfast the day before. Everything came at once to the table and the missing toast took 15 minutes to arrive.

Tout est bien ! Le personnel est adorable ! Le Bistro et le Restaurant Excellent à un prix très correct ! Très calme bref tout est bien je recommande ! Position très centrale quand on veut visiter la Sicile en voiture.
