Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Positiv: Toller bewachter Strand, wunderschönes Meer , große Auswahl an Speisen, rund um die Uhr Essen und trinken möglich.unbedingt den Inselausflug buchen , da kann man viel über die 10 Inseln erfahren und das macht Lust auf mehr Kapverden Negativ: Schlechtes Abendprogramm, Zimmer nicht gereinigt, Unruhig beim Abendessen Sofa im Zimmer roch nach Urin, wurde nicht ausgetauscht, wir mussten 4 Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten bei der Ankunft..

The best hotel on the island. there is nothing wrong with this hotel, the rooms are spacious and furnished with good taste. Rooms and the entire hotel are very clean. Well-kept garden. The food in the main restaurant is very good, the choice is exceptionally large and the quality is absolutely right. Although the restaurant is so large it is very cosy with lots of plants separating it so that it doesn't look like a canteen at all. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the 5 à la carte restaurants as they were always fully booked and we couldn't eat there. Apart from tips or using the SPA, you don't spend any money in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The evening programme is very entertaining and professional. Every Friday there is a Riu Party, well organised. The beach and the sea are fantastic. 7 minutes by taxi to Santa Maria for 5 euros. Any time again in this hotel

Já conhecendo a ilha, posso dizer que a localização é excelente, mesmo junto à praia privada e com sombrinhas e espreguiçadeiras o que é um bom extra. As refeições são do melhor. A escolha é variadíssima e de muita qualidade. As bebidas também. Só temos um reparo, as cortinas do quarto estavam todas sujas (quarto 2110) não combina com a qualidade do resort e o ar condicionado tem de ser limpo, deitava um cheiro a mofo terrível e o quarto ficava com o mesmo cheiro por isso não conseguimos usar. A ventoinha do teto foi uma mais valia.

Great hotel great staff food very good will definitely be going back and using RIU hotels again at other resorts. The rooms were very clean and modern . Plenty of pools to choose from and beach on the door step. Entertainment was good and the entertainment staff are very good
