Excelente servicio y ambiente. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, los paisajes hermosos, la playa tranquila. El personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo con mucha confianza. Pasamos unos días muy agradables. Todo esta nuevo y lo mejor es que hay cociceta en las habitaciones

The hotel is new. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable. The beach area is very quiet and private, and they also have permanent security. It has an area where you can see the spectacular sunset. The staff is very friendly, especially Dany on the beach and Mauricio in the pool area, although at times they fall short due to so much demand. As a recommendation they could hire more staff.

Terrible experience, very average to low service, little information, super uncomfortable and small room, the hotel infrastructure seems super old inside, the finishes of the structure and the rooms are terrible, and a very high price for a brand like It is taking into account what they offer. The truth is that I do not recommend it for future trips to Santa Marta. The only thing notable is the pool part and the sand space. I received a dirty room, on the second night they didn't even leave a bottle of complimentary water, anyway! Don't waste your money in Santa Marta, there are better options for the same price, with better service, amenities and infrastructure.

Very good experience! The food and service were amazing, especially the breakfast buffet and cocktails at the pool bar. The roast is also very good. The rooms were spotless. The proximity to the airport was very convenient.
