Amazing place! Everything is top notch from the rooms to the staff to the food to the activities. It’s such a luxurious unique stay it’s a must do for anyone in the area. Also I forgot my swimsuit in the room and they were so helpful with getting it back to me to the town I was staying over an hour away. We would definitely come back!

This is a unique place perfect for couple of days to unwind in the jungle..it's pretty new so they still lack on a few things but overall a great concept and the Food, the massages are
good as well

Unfortunately, due to environmental conditions (community strike) it was not possible to reach the hotel. I must admit that they returned the money that had been advanced (after lying to us all day). However, the lying way they handled the situation leaves us dissatisfied. They knew from the first hour of the day that we couldn't get there and yet they made us wait more than an hour at the airport for the contracted transportation. As if that were not enough, they took us to the place of the blockades where they made us wait another hour, making us believe that it could be crossed. Because of his lies, his irresponsible handling of the situation, for making us waste valuable time, for playing with the safety of his guests, I do not recommend him to anyone. Having played with us in this way it is clear that they do not respect the guest

A magical place, the best service, the food, everything is simply spectacular!!! The walk along the Don Diego River with wine, grilling skewers, listening to music and listening to the story told by Jhon... recommended to recharge the soul. Travel there with family or friends as much as possible

Beautiful place full of trees and vegetation, very nice rooms with all the comforts, very good service, all the staff is very friendly and willing to give you all the help you need. The attention is very personalized, the food is delicious, and there are many programs that the hotel organizes for guests.
